Join The Bird live on a St. Patrick’s Day getaway to the Eastern Caribbean on the stunning MSC Seascape. This 7-night adventure embarks in Miami and calls at Nassau, San Juan, Puerto Plata, and MSC Marine Reserve - Ocean Cay. The Seascape is the fourth and newest ship in MSC’s Seaside Class featuring impressive outdoor spaces and features built for Caribbean cruising.  

 

The Seascape was built by Fincantieri shipbuilder, in Monfalcone, Italy, near Venice. The Seascape’s maiden voyage was on November 18, 2022, followed by her christening in New York on December 11, 2022. The Seascape has a capacity of 5179 passengers and 1648 crew. She features 2270 staterooms in 11 stateroom classes. 

 

Complimentary Main Dining Rooms with set time dining include for Bella and Fantastica Experience guests include The Green Wave Restaurant, Cala Jondal Restaurant, and Aegean Restaurant. The Skyline Restaurant offers My Choice dining for Aurea Experience Guests. And there is the Marketplace Buffet open until 11:30 pm. 

 

Specialty dining includes Hola! Tacos and Cantina, Butcher’s Cut steakhouse, Kaito Teppanyaki, Kaito Sushi (with the sushi conveyor), and Ocean Cay seafood restaurant. Other specialty treats can be found at Venchi 1878 Gelato and Venchi 1878 Chocolate Bar.

The Seascape in Nassau

Over the pandemic shutdown, the Port of Nassau was revitalized, hoping to attract cruise lines to home port there. Gone is the old Festival Place and clock tower. Replacing it is a modern port area with “upscale” straw market stalls and bars.

They added an amphitheater for live music and parties
