Azamara V3 best cabins?

Not sure which are best, but I would avoid deck 6 forward over the lounge.  It’s loud during daily practices and in the evenings.  The base reverberates in the cabin and we heard muffled noise as well.

Our favorite veranda cabin is a V3 - 6031 - which we've reserved for a sailing in 2026.  Fewer cabins on deck 6 mean fewer people in the hallways, speedier cabin service,  potentially more stable ride in rough weather and we've never yet been disturbed by noise from the Cabaret Lounge.

We have been choosing V1 cabins on deck 7 midship. Smooth ride, No obscured views and the self laundry is on the same floor too. Cruise cabins above and below. Veranda plus is not of interest.

Agree about the noise from Cabaret during shows and rehearsals. My tip would be any V3 between the forward and aft lifts. Welcome on board again, Lesley.

Watch out for the service doors on Deck 6. There’s a few of them that seem to be used quite a lot by staff and can slam a bit (well certainly on Onward). We also found if we were too near the aft we were sharing the attendant (there’s now only one) with the big suite that got priority and in our case had demanding occupants. It seemed the single attendant was really stretched there - much more than the team on Deck 7 and 8 (he was very good just over stretched)

The price difference is approaching $2000 to switch to V2.

That seems very high. Which cruise is this?

I favour those that are over Discoveries Bar area. Get a PDF deck plan diagram so you can line up what's above and below. Other side of Discoveries Bar (even numbers) is blank white. Crew area. I had noise in the middle of the night in one of those from crew laundry or kitchens or something.

We stayed in V3 6068 on Onward. It was fine. Didn’t notice any noise. View wasn’t obstructed at all. It was handy for the stairs and lifts to restaurants and cafe. Also the laundry just up one flight and a few doors along.
