VIKINGCRUISER Posted June 20 #1 Share Posted June 20 I booked a cruise on the NCL Pearl and I was told they have insurance through "Booksafe" Insurance. I also looked into "Allianz" for trip insurance, but this is the stressful part for me. Any opinions on who to use or it really doesn't matter? Any opionions appreciated. As he has had a history of back issues, NCL did not refund his cruise, but gave him an FCC for 90 percent. He had the more expensive policy with NCL. He had the more expensive policy with NCL. Well, this comes down to what the policy said... was a refund expected? If the back was considered a pre-existing condition when they went into his medical background, then that could be why medical did not cover.
