A "one off", but cruises taking place during this Fall's Presidential Election seem to be undersold.

I have made that booking folly in years past.

Lesson learned.

Never again.

On the extremes there will be ecstatic people and furious people - winners and losers.  It will be interesting to hear how it actually goes though as quite a few cruisers will not take the bait and decide to enjoy themselves and park their opinons.

I just sit my self in a corner with a drink  and watch the crazies 🤣

Unfortunately, this goes on for several months after the election ...

Odd. There are almost no cabins available for this cru

Yes, but only if you're looking for an inside cabin, and there's only 4 of those left showing in inventory this morning.  Check the *.pdf spreadsheet again.  I don't even know why they bothered to add this one to the list.  All common categories are either sold out or showing 1~2 cabins remaining.

Question: is this info/ spreadsheet available to the general public or just to travel agents?

That spreadsheet is in an 'accessible' area of the RCG site, but you must know the url that gets you there, and it's not https://creative.rccl.com - that's just where the file is located.

Start here:

https://secure.cruisingpower.com

There's a fair bit you can see there without need of a login account.

From there, scroll down to Celebrity Cruises "Latest Offers"

https://www.thecelebritycommitment.com/offers-rewards/

if you scroll down a bit, you'll find the "Exciting Deals" which will automatically download the spreadsheet.

We were on a cruise after the 2000 election (our first cruise)..  Al Gore had not conceded yet, he did on our cruise.  Hardly a murmur.

People were just intent on having a good time.

we have been on board for 2 US Presidential Elections (The second Obama and the Trump v Hilary Clinton) and for the UK Referendum for leaving the EU. Each was a "non event".

Also for a Super Bowl when the theatre was decorated in the team colours, pop corn was served down the aisles and the game was up on the big screen - now that was an experience even if we as Brits didn't understand any of it.

I have lived in the US all of my life, excluding a short period of a few years. I don’t understand the Super Bowl, either.

We pick up a Holy Land cruise on Exciting Deals 10 years when Israel and  Hamas

We didn’t really care if the ship went to Israel or not , we just figured at $535 pp for inside cabin to spend 2 weeks in the Mediterranean was a great price , and if it was too dangerous , Celebrity insurance company wouldn’t allow them to send a billion dollar ship to a war zone

We end up going to Israel, airfare was more than the cruise 😉

Thank you!  That is very helpful as we have OBC expiring so we need to book before the end of the year and this will help me so much.
