tootsiescurly Posted Tuesday at 10:21 PM #1 Share Posted Tuesday at 10:21 PM Where is the suite breakfast on Navigator OTS. Is it the same quality as the suite breakfast on Princess?
Rare Tree_skier Posted Tuesday at 10:24 PM #2 Share Posted Tuesday at 10:24 PM I can’t tell how it compares to Princess but it is in the specialty restaurant know as Chops. I have always enjoyed it. The service is alway great.
smokeybandit Posted Tuesday at 10:56 PM #3 Share Posted Tuesday at 10:56 PM Probably Chops. Quality is good since it's all made to order, just it's a limited menu. They also have various pastries available, too.

Rare island lady Posted Wednesday at 06:50 PM #5 Share Posted Wednesday at 06:50 PM I like the service in there...and the quieter atmosphere than the MDR...or suffering the craziness of the WJ. But the breakfast menu is indeed limited...much more so than the MDR.

I think Princess is nicer and with a better menu. Starting off with a complimentary mimosa for example. But the Chops breakfast for suites/pinnacle members is fine. Being able to walk in and be immediately seated and served, in a usually quiet area, makes up for me missing my B.E.L.T sandwich.
George C Posted Wednesday at 09:14 PM #7 Share Posted Wednesday at 09:14 PM I always enjoyed suite breakfast in specialty restaurant, normally chops , sailed navigator 3 times and Liberty twice all in grand suites.
Surfguyxxx Posted Thursday at 08:50 AM #8 Share Posted Thursday at 08:50 AM I just got off of Independence OTS and had breakfast most mornings in Chops. One morning I ordered the pancakes. Dry and flavorless and hard around the edges. I mentioned it to the manager when he came by and asked if everything was alright. I said the pancakes were terrible and he said all they do is go into the Windjammer and grab some for our breakfast but if you want our chefs (in Chops) to make them fresh, they will. Needless to say, they made them fresh for us on the next visit.

So far we pre-purchased the WiFi package and the 5-night dining package for a 12 night cruise. We would prefer Oasis or Quantum Class where this is included but we like the itinerary. I counter that with I like a small selection as it prevents me from gorging myself like I would at the buffet.
Rare island lady Posted Thursday at 03:56 PM #13 Share Posted Thursday at 03:56 PM And we definitely prefer the quieter atmosphere of the specialty restaurant breakfast, over the hectic and noisy WJ. It's good to have choices though.
