Disembarked SUN P on 10/19.  viewed folio during cruise, but app closed final morning before I could screenshot.

Only thing prior was the $180 credit for 2 specialty dinners I had prepaid to secure the reservation

Thanks

I think because of the extended 2 days due to the hurricane the final folio's are held up a bit.  We got off at the same time you did and still don't have ours either.

Update...  so, I got a call today from Caine Weiner, which is apparently a collection agency.  They said they were calling from Princess Accounts payable.  They left a voicemail.  Why would Princess not use the credit card on file? We have multiple cruises currently booked with them, and had valid cards on file for this cruise.  Not to mention we have had NO contact from Princess regarding the final folio.

Has anyone else from the SUN TA received a call?

Talked to Princess services and they had no idea why the final folio wasn't mailed after 3 days post cruise.  They said it will take 7-10 days to email the final folio after they request it.  So, I called the number that left a message.  They said there was a glitch when processing final payment and would I please give them a credit card number.  She said they don't keep credit cards on file after a cruise.  I told them I have no way to know if this is legitimate or not.  She said she would email the final folio, but it hasn't shown up yet either.

Would like to know if anyone has dealt with Princess accounts payable before and if the call came from Caine Weiner.  Not sure what to do next, as the customer service number had no information other than to request the final folio be emailed.

IDK, but this used to be the billing office for PCL.  Try tmrw morning after 9 am PT.   1 (480) 870-1580.

If no success, I would send an urgent email for help and explain what happened:

csteinke@princesscruises.com

Collin Steinke
Director, Customer Relations

Let us know.

Thank you so much for this information!  It's just hard to know what is a scam these days!

We disembarked Sun Princess on 10/11 after 27 days.  I was able to screenshot our stateroom folio at 3am when I happened to awake. By 6 am, access to the folio was no longer available. Now, 12 days post-disembarkation, we are still waiting for our final folio. Interestingly, after the first 9 days (it was a 9 day/16 day B2B), we did receive a statement of our charges. An additional comment - after a 3 day/10 day B2B in April on Discovery, it was over 3 weeks before we received our final stateroom statement. Clearly, there is an issue.

If Princess did not say anything about a balance due when you spoke to them, then I would be VERY cautious dealing with a phone number that was left in a message!

Scam. They won't call & they indeed have your credit card #.

I don't think we have been sent one following the Sun's tranatlantic crossing, but I've also had so much email from Princess since leaving the ship that I may have deleted it thinking it was promotions, one of the many survey requests, etc.

Still waiting for my final folio. IMHO i think many might be held up because they had to refund all the transfer passes pre-paid or paid onboard. I screenshot mine after I had GS remove the transfer charge then I noticed that they credited me an equal amount for the transfer. So now they have to coordinate that with the "real records." Bought once, charge removed once, and then credited once. All this in USD. Imagine if this was compounded by different currencies (€, £, ¥, ₩, $, obc). Then simple transfers VS disembark tours. Maybe times 500 pax? I think it's going to take awhile for them to figure out I owe under $10 rather than they owe me less than $19.  But I've got my screenshot so not concerned

We had a problem getting it once back in April but have almost received ours within a couple of days of disembarkation.  However, we never received ours for our Majestic cruise from 2 weeks ago.  I always take a screen shot on the morning before we leave from the app and good thing we did.  We had upgraded to the new premier package and were charged for our dinner the last night of the sailing for a total of $106.  I spoke to the restaurant manager before we disembarked and he said he would take care of it, which he did.
My CC showed the exact amount I would have expected it to be.

we should have a $180 credit from 2 specialty dinners we chose to prepay even with premier80

our folio did show that and nothing else, but I didn't screenshot and was closed out the last morning from the app

potential charges - $11.80 for when I may have ordered a Caymus cab -

service charge/gratuity - 18%

Catch

Umai

UBD - which we did also tip

Is there any way to get an updated running total from guest services the day before we leave the ship?

Yes.  You can get your bill printed from Guest Services.  There is also a kiosk near GS that you can scan your medallion and the bill will print our.  We do this on the last night.

Same here, no folio from either Customer Service or the person who called asking for payment.  I emailed csteinke@princesscruises.com, Collin Steinke, Director, Customer Relations as was suggested but no reply and no further phone calls from Caine Weiner (? Princess accounts payable).  Still curious if anyone else has received a phone call asking for payment.

I know what we owe.  I have no issue with settling up, however Customer Service doesn't know how to settle up. Also, I won't settle until I get a final accounting because I feel it's the minimum they should provide before I pay.
