Below you will find RCCLs complete fleet (21 ships) in alphabetical order.

The lightened text are the ships without CLs.

The text you can easily read are the ships which have the lounge as well as who is currently taking care of it.

Where there is more than one person listed those are who fill-in when vacation comes into play. If their name is underlined they are thought to be currently active.

You can contact them at xx_concierge@rccl. com, just replace xx with the two initials in front of the ships name on the list.

Just returned from Mariner and Allen Fajardo is the concierge. He mentioned that he was new to Mariner and would be on until the end of the year when he will take a shortened vacation and rejoin the ship right before it's trip around the horn.

He and Kevin (bartender) were GREAT last week!! :) We had second seating and and the lounge was quiet for us. There were only 67 Diamond members and it seemed that most had early seating.

Thanks --we sail on Mariner on Aug. 17. Of course the amount of D/D+s varies from week to week so we shall see what the mix is for our cruise and whether an extra lounge will be opened up. We have late seating also. Guess that Giovanna will not be the concierge and thankfully, it looks like Mitzi is totally out of the picture.

Sherri, they had the second lounge open the week before we were there but it was very peaceful when we were in there day or night!

Good to hear. We are real close to the CL -- 9608 so we can pop in easily for Breakfast and Drinks and we aren't far from the elevator to have drinks up in the satellite lounge which is usually in the Viking Crown.

I thought that was probably the case:p. We have had some great bar men--and bar women too! Angela is one that comes to mind, Percival on Mariner, Teodore on Jewel, Troy on Serenade.....

Angela was lovely on the Brilliance. Even though the "overflow" lounge was living up to its name she never failed to greet each person enthusiastically and with a drink of their choice.

Just back from Brilliance and Katherine is still concierge. Handling the overflow upstairs in the Viking Crown were Angela and Milan. We had Angela before and she is top notch! Milan was getting off when we did as the ship goes into dry dock for 3 weeks. Angela was staying on during the dry dock.

The Serenade has Maritza and it does not get better than this.

Arthur is in line for this position. He delivers great customer service and is complimented with his crew.

I have been on a lot of ships but Maritza and Aurthur make a team that the other ships should compare themselves to.

The Serenade has a lot of problems but the Concierge is not one of them.

Just returned monday from the Jewel. Nedere Reid from Jamaica seems to be the official concierge on the Jewel now. She is very helpful, accomodating ( liked her better than Andrea ) and a real sweetheart!

Maritza is the gold standard for Concierges. Who is Arthur? Her assistant? Actually, on our Serenade Alaska cruise in 2006, I thought all of our servers and stewards were top notch.

I know the email for the concierge is xx_concierge@rccl. com. What are the first two letters for Mariner? Is it MA or is that Majisty? Help!!!!

If you take a look at the list under my post below this one... each ship has a two letter abbreviation preceding it... that's what you use in the email address... ;) - now you have them all.

Did you have Kenneth as the concierge on Splendour? If so, how was he? We sail next Saturday on this ship.

For Mariner cruises, I thought I saw that Mitzi may be doing something else rather than being Concierge. Lots of negative comments on Comment Cards about her. Please let me know.

Just off the MA and had the "pleasure" of dealing with Mitzi. She is at the Guest Relations desk.....she was the least pleasant person on that ship......really the ONLY unpleasant one we came across...

She gave us a hard time about getting our $70 fuel surcharge OBC...said we werent entitled to it..............told her,yes we were and even went and printed out the March RCCL statement (the one that amended the original deal).......we had to keep checking in every day to see what was what. She said she emailed Miami to ask and never heard back...

I had to do some emailing of my own the last day and it finally was credited to our account that night....

It was not so much she didnt know what she was talking about.......it was her attitude.....................glad she isnt a concierge and can only imagine what she was like doing that..

BTW-------we had an overflow lounge to use and both lounges were filled to the brim(overflowing) between 5 and 6.......

I would have also engaged the Concierge on the issue. We have had luck in doing that when we have had a good Concierge like Maritza (of course) and our Diamond Concierge on FOS (Cameliza). Or asked to see her supervisor. Maybe we can get Mitzi retired from RCI and sent to another cruise line.

Thanks for the heads up about the overflow lounge. We really were not observant the last time we were on Mariner in Jan. 2007 and did not realize that the overflow was open all week. If 5-6 was pretty busy, how was the time prior to second seating (if you know)? Was the overflow lounge int he Viking Crown area? DH likes the rooms with a view (he loved the Diamond Lounge on FOS). Thanks
