Cruise History is finally fixed!!!

It's been 7 long months of not having cruise history on RCL's website but when I logged on this morning it was back! WOOO HOOOO

Mine is still wrong by 3 cruises! The first one being from February, then August and the November (understandable). This is crazy!

Mine popped back in about 3 weeks ago for a day or two and then disappeared again. It came back this morning but i'm not going to waste the woo hoo on it again.

Mine comes and goes, too. My husband has always been able to see his, but the numbers are incorrect. And now C&A has incorrect numbers in their computer, as well. The error is in my favor (and when I told them so, once again my cruise history vanished, only to reappear with the incorrect number).

Cruise history is right, but cruise credits is still off by one. Hopefully, will be fixed soon.

Not fixed for us. They haven't added any cruise credits for my last two cruises even tho' they show up in the hx!:confused:

What irritates me is that we have had a reservation in the system for a month and it does not show up in the Access Reservation area of the site. I contacted them via email five days ago and have yet to receive a response. I would like to believe that RCI and the travel agent are on the same page, yet it makes me a bit nervous when I do not see it in the RCI system. :(

Unless you book online, you have to enter your reservations into the system manually. Click on where it says "don't see your reservation?" and proceed from there.

RCI has been having a lot of IT problems. The Meet and Mingle area was showing 0 for 2 folks signed up when there were many signed up for a sailing.

Ours is still really hosed up. Errors include:

 

0 credit for sailings

Missing sailings

Sailings we were never on

Repeated entries with differing credits

 

Our history has never been right, even when we only had two cruises and now as D+ it is even worse. We have all of our sea pass cards and have a good record for ourselves in case there is a dispute. We will be on Indy for our 30 and want to be sure to get the crystal.

 

It appears that this is a very low priority RC.

Ours have the right number of credits posted, but our C&A status says that we are platinum with only 4 credits.

Our history is correct but our credits are short 1. I have called twice on this and keep getting the "it's the web site problems" explanation.

Nothing has changed for us. Still off by one credit!

 

Instead of rolling out new software without testing, you would think they would test it first. Go figure.

We booked through a TA and it was entered in shortly after she booked it.

I always book with a TA who has my C & A number on file. She automatically puts it in the record without me asking.

 

Some of you are saying that the number of credits does not match the number of bookings. Keep in mind that when booking a suite you get double credits.
