Do the HAL Towel Animals Eat the Mints on Pillows?

The last few cruises (on other lines) we were missing the mints. I figured the towel animals got hungry. It surely couldn't be cutbacks by the cruiselines! :mad:

Will we see mints on our pillows after turn down service? Thank you.

I don't remember ever getting mints on Hal. It's chocolate.

One time our elephant ate the peanuts while we were gone.

No mints on HAL -- just chocolates. Have never seen the towel animals eat them. The chocolates were always on the bed beside the towel animals. Guess the towel animals don't like HAL's chocolates.

So that is what happens to those dam chocolates!

And I thought it was my DH grabbing them when I wasn't looking......

The new version of chocolate when available isn't nearly as tasty- you aren't missing a whole lot. :(

I was missing a HAL pillow chocolate once, and only once. When I asked the steward about it he was surprised I hadn't noticed it in the towel animal's mouth! Never heard of such a thing, so never went looking there.

Ooooh, chocolates are certainly better than mints!

Agreed, I like the milk chocolate the best. Some nights they left dark chocolate, which I don't like.
