I just took the bus to PH in July and it doesn't go anywhere near Pier 2. I started looking at the bus routes in April, so as of then, you have had to walk into town to catch the bus.

I see that the app is still wonky. I tried to book same time/place for dining on my entire cruise, but I kept getting an error. I could book a single day, but not the same for the whole cruise (16 days). I used my computer to login to my account and was able to do it there. -

FWIW, when we got our kids passports earlier this year, I signed up for email updates early on and never got a single email. I just kept checking online every week until it changed from in progress to something like shipped, then they arrived later that week.

I think the secret is 2 accounts. If you were planning ahead, you could have bought 5 on August 31 and 5 on September 1.

It was fine. Some days service was slower, but overall, it was pretty good. Probably depended on how much people (including us, because it varied) were ordering?

This was not true recently. On my sailing on the Emerald in July, the DR manager in DaVinci said I could only have the same table and staff if I asked in Botticelli.

Would the billing office be the right place to call for refundable OBC that I didn't use but didn't get refunded? I got off the ship in July and have called a couple of times. They said I have to wait 8 weeks (it's been 5 weeks). Just wondering where to go if no results in 3 weeks.

Haha. I was with my family. All were present, so technically, each person in a separate cabin should have been able to claim one. But as I said, one was fine.

@ThrakActually, I did use the coupon onboard and it was simple to use. Although the coupon says one use per cabin & I had 3 cabins, I was not allowed to use it 3 times. But one use was fine. The photographer wasn't great, but it was a free photo!

It's all good. I've been on the Ruby and Emerald, so I'm familiar with the ship layout. I spend plenty of time walking on the promenade too and always can use a little extra exercise! You multi quoted me again 🤣

When you are comparing to other Grand class ships, do you mean Crown's sister ships, Ruby & Emerald? I would think she would be the same as those (except for some small changes during retrofits). That's not good about the sinks. There were definitely sinks near the buffet on the Emerald. What exactly do you mean about the extra deck of cabins? Is it not the same as Ruby & Emerald?
