  1. In the future, call the Captain’s Club phone number to do purchases and get your Captain’s Club discount. The number is 1-800-760-0654 I called today at 4pm Central and my total call time was just over 15 minutes. Quick and easy!
  2. Such an odd elimination as cake and cheesecake are two of the easiest to make and basic (cheap ingredients) desserts a cruise line could offer.
  3. Only 6 Deluxe Veranda left but still a bunch of Prime ones.
  4. There are a LOT of cabins still available in almost all the categories.
  5. So is Epic just going to go back to San Juan home port for the winter?
  6. J4 are the best ones because they have the tub AND separate stand up walk in shower. J3/J1 just have a tub/shower combo with a shower curtain. J4 one toilet. J3/J1 two toilets, one in each bathroom.
  7. Looks like only 12 OV cabins remain. Keep checking though, we snagged the lone balcony cabin on the Silhouette Easter weekend cruise about 2 weeks prior to sailing because someone must have canceled.
  8. Looks like Silhouette stopped at CocoCay a bunch of times in 2017 also. Full deployment list from 2017/2018 here: https://www.celebritycorporatekit.com/content/uploads/2017/07/15048186_CEL_Caribbean_2017_2018_Deployment-1.pdf
  9. They used to stop there before it was remodeled into PDCC. We stopped there in Jan 2017 on the Summit.
  10. I have OBC available to use as showing in the online planner and I want to upgrade my drink package to premium and get my Elite discount so I have to call. Wondering if they will be able to use that OBC to pay for it? Anyone know?
  11. Do you use a TA? Typically this is where they add on celebration type things like birthday cake, anniversary gift etc
  12. Ah yes you’re right! It makes more sense now when I read it back.
  13. I’m the same. Between the San Pelligrino and also Red Bulls, I definitely get my money’s worth for the premium upgrade.
  14. I know but the poster above said they did it online which is why I was asking how they did that.
  15. How did you do it online and get your captains club discount applied?
  16. We were in 12266 on Apex and the noise from people dragging their chairs at the tables above at Oceanview Cafe outdoor area was very loud and annoying in the mornings.
  17. I commented on the other thread to explain so here is a link to that thread/comment.
  18. These four have been like this for awhile. There is another much longer thread somewhere on here.
  19. Were you able to find a good price on this one? I’ve been looking at it since it was announced but they want so much for a 4 night cruise.
  20. Sailings are still marked as "Closed" in the system which is not a good sign. It means the itinerary is under review (typically meaning the ship is either going to be re-deployed or chartered). Whereas if the ship was truly just sold out for the sailing it would not have the "Closed" designator, but would just appear with all categories sold out, such as these upcoming Liberty of the Seas sailings.
  21. I wouldn’t suggest a big box one. If you need assistance with bookings you’ll be dealing with a different call center rep every time you call and may face long hold times etc. it’s just not worth the hassle. Find yourself a dedicated TA who you can email, call, text whenever you need something.
  22. Either is fine. But if you want to purchase a large amount then it’s easiest to just call them.
