  1. I'm well aware of the clout. It's very helpful as a T/A
  2. I remember it...with a twinge of pain in my keester 😂
  3. Butter...for the popcorn we're going to need 😁
  4. Hank, I was going to post pretty much what Ken said. "Group rates" doesn't just mean a traditional group of friends. Travel agents, including the consortiums and big box stores, can put large slots of rooms (not specific cabins, just types of cabins) on hold at a discounted "group" rate with amenities. They then sell those cabins at a discount with those amenities. The discount can be deeper if they include the "free cabin for 'x' amount purchased" in their math.
  5. As a TA I can tell you that what he said is blatantly false as far as the cruise lines not paying commission on the AARP cards. ( retired from public service a while back and enjoy being a TA now 🙂 )
  6. It's the room type that determines Club Class dining, so you wouldn't have to forego that, unless you're just referring to the Specialty Dining Restaurant meals that come with the Premier fare? Maybe instead of going twice they'd let the two of you go once? 💕
  7. I started trying to figure out what our bill would be without the package...I lost track by noon 😂😂😂 (For those worried about our livers or saying we need to seek out Friends of Bill W, that was a wee dram of "HUMOR"- IYKYK)
  8. Just looked, and 😥 upgraded toiletries / amenities are not listed for elites anymore.
  9. Thank you so much for telling us all about this, including v the reveal 💕💕💕💕
  10. It depends on what your TA has reserved, or their parent agency. When they make a group booking, they pick the allotment of room types, for example: 4 insides 6 BA 5 Deluxe Balcony Hope this helps 😁
  11. I think that those are "artistic renderings". They're only mentioned in the Sky a suite amenities.
  12. Do you mean insurance with EZ Air was hard because you paid final early, or...?
  13. Because TA's know. 🙂
  14. It is based on how you book it. If you book it as one 21 day cruise, then yes; it you have separate booking numbers, you get additional dinners, etc.
  15. One of my favorite "ahhh" moments of a B2B is turnaround day: sitting on our balcony with a mimosa or BAILEYS and coffee watching the chaos and not participating in it. 💕
  16. Or get a suite on a royal class and go to suite breakfast / Concierge Lounge. ❤
