In my experience, Punta Langosta is where MSC docks.
-
After drydock, Joy will also have a 3BR in the Haven.
-
I stayed on deck 15 forward (15008) and didn't hear a thing.

If guest #2 is under 21, that guest would get the soda package. The PBP also includes non-alcoholic drinks (virgin coladas, virgin daiquiris, etc.) as well as soda (from the bartender's gun). You can have as many of those per day as you would like. Looking at the difference in price between what you originally had and the price after you removed the PBP, you might be better off keeping the package vs. paying a la carte for non-alcoholic drinks and sodas.
-
It all depends on what gets caught. If someone brings a 6 pack buried under their socks in a suitcase, it might or might not get through. Absolutely. There is a pile of confiscated drinks in many terminals.

How much faith do you have that MSC's onboard inventory will be updated immediately after you cancel? Will it be immediate?....within the hour?...within 12 hours?....up to 24 hours?....on the following cruise?.... How long will it take for your initial deposit to be refunded? Will it be immediate?...within a week?...within a month?...two billing cycles?...never?... If you book now, you have nothing to lose. It the plan works, you gain a few bucks OBC, some points, etc. If it doesn't work, you got the last available stateroom that you want.

Not according to this...... 10. If I have two reservations can I bid only once and if accepted, cancel the second reservation and move the guests into the upgraded cabin? No, if you have two cabins you will need to submit two separate bids and they will be considered independently. NCL cannot guarantee that both reservations will be upgraded. In the case that one of the reservations gets upgraded, you cannot move the other guests into the upgraded cabin. All reservations cancelled within the penalty period will be subject to cancellation fees.

Cruise Radio News Story Posted This Morning
Two Wheels Only replied to www3traveler's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
Most of the points have already been covered.... Passport Travel Insurance Scooter rental in a foreign country Credit card with an ample amount available ... but at what point do we stop tolerating the use of the term "young people" in these cases? If someone is old enough to travel to foreign countries without a parent or guardian, that person is old enough to understand the importance of every topic brought up in this thread. At the very least, this story should act as a warning to anyone who sees/hears about it. -
If you continue to sail with NCL, you'll eventually get what was supposed to be for the other guests. 😁 Seriously, I don't see this as a reason to stress what the manager said nor stress how he said it. I can understand being upset when something that is supposed to be yours is denied. I can't understand being upset when something that isn't supposed to be yours is denied. The manager didn't take anything away from you because it wasn't yours to begin with. I understand that reservations fill quickly and early. Teppanyaki is even more limited because of the seating and dining experience. My suspicion is that missing the experience is factoring into the "mistreatment" equation. My advice is to speak to someone and explain what happened with the hope of getting a last minute reservation. Since money isn't an issue, you would pay for the meal but at least you would get what you wanted. As for the manager that you feel was condescending, you could speak directly to him and explain how the situation made you feel. If you don't feel comfortable with doing that, perhaps you could tell what happened to the food and beverage manager. Even if nothing comes from it, at least you would have gotten it off of your chest.

Did something bad happen on the Seascape?
Two Wheels Only replied to cruisequeen4ever's topic in MSC Cruises
Fixed it for you. 😉 -
It just a few steps from the Top Sail Lounge which is a good thing. Personally, I prefer staterooms that are after the bump out in order to give a better view down the side of the ship but otherwise, 16006 is fine.
-
You didn't mention which ship but I'm guessing that it is a Sea**** Class ship. If it is a Sea**** Class ship, 16006 will look like the above. If it is a Meraviglia/Plus Class, Fantasia Class, or World Class, it will look different. Which ship are you looking for?

Bath robes in public areas
Two Wheels Only replied to CocktailPrincess's topic in P&O Cruises ( UK )
If any guests question it, just ignore them and keep walking. -
I wonder what NCL has coming after the next 4 Prima Plus ships. I wonder what MSC will do with the remaining World Class ships. I wonder how much bigger the ICON Class will be for RCCL. I don't care what Carnival will do in the future. 🥱

MSC World Europa 9/1 through 9/8 in YachtClub
Two Wheels Only replied to Cruiseswithfamilyornot's topic in MSC Cruises
I believe that the stagger gives the deck 18 balcony more depth. Since the deck plans were revealed, I've also believed that deck 18 was the more desirable deck for both the RS and the OS. -
MSC World Europa 9/1 through 9/8 in YachtClub
Two Wheels Only replied to Cruiseswithfamilyornot's topic in MSC Cruises
I'm booked on World America. I narrowed my choices to the Owner's Suite (2 configurations), Royal Suite (2 configurations), and the Duplex Suite. I wasn't happy about any of the balconies (RS was the least desirable). Looking at this photo..... ...it's easier to visualize how the forward part to the Duplex and Owner's Suite balcony can be seen from above. It's not the end of the world but it isn't great. If choosing between a mostly enclosed balcony or an exposed balcony, I'll take the one that is more "open". The RS balcony is a real downer. If World America is different, I might change. I don't sail it until 2025. 😩 -
I'll save you some time. That'll almost certainly be a "no". With NCL having standard "soda", "premium", and "premium plus" packages that overlap, I can understand why the reps and app are stating that you can only have one. I would imagine that you can purchase both on the ship but it could also be a system conflict to have the 2 that you want. Good luck and let us know what happens onboard. (You might want to ask a mod to delete the screenshot if you're concerned about personal info)
-
So,....... it's like a "How much should I tip....?" thread? 🤔
-
Are you asking about getting those 2 instead of the Premium Beverage Package (PBP) via promo or are you just trying to purchase the Starbucks and Soda packages? NCL will let you buy the additional packages but the system online might not let you add them both. You might have to call or worst case scenario, purchase them onboard.
