    Very inconsistent, usually left how it was for the previous cruise. Ask your steward after boarding and it will be handled. No need to call ahead of time the message never gets to the ship.

    Just got off the Epic. Had unlimited Internet. Never ran a speed test, but videos and TV shows streamed perfectly without any latency. Who cares what the speed 9s when that happens. People running speed tests are just looking for reasons to complain.

    Not when you go over the $15 price with the unlimited package, you pay the difference in cost (amount over $15) plus 20%, you don’t pay on the package, you already did that

    There will be a desk on board the ship. When you board go there and make the changes you need. You were told correctly except that it is done at a central location, not at each restaurant..
