  1. If he wears what you have laid out in your post, he will be fine,
  2. That precludes any aft terraced cabin. OP said near the CL. I had a suite directly across the hallway from the CL. Fully covered balcony. Wide but no depth.
  3. Did you try the Hawaii board? https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/37-hawaii/
  4. I thought that the "Death Star" was the Sphere behind the Venetian?
  5. Planks, Steamers and Salty Dog with commentary here:
  6. I believe that request came from an independent Alaskan shop owner.
  7. If you are on a Royal Class ship, you also have a concierge. (S)he should be available in the suite lounge, mid-aft. Let them handle all the details for reservations and any other concerns you may have. They are good at what they do.
  8. The Love Boat (TV Series 1977–1987) - Filming & production - IMDb imdb.com https://www.imdb.com › title › locations Search for: What destinations did The Love Boat go to? What ports did The Love Boat sail to? Based in the port of Los Angeles, the ship's regular ports of call were Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco and Mazatlán.
  9. I've brought on 1 liter Dr. Pepper bottles (2) in San Diego on the Grand. No question, no problem. I've done the same in Sitka, Ak. on the Crown. YMMV
  10. Sky West, your hometown airline cancelled you? I would be proactive with E-Z Air.
  11. If you purchased Princess Premium or paid $10 pp/pd, you get an electronic entry into the Princess Prizes every time you open your cabin door.
  12. We would get 1/2 off Wi-Fi!
  13. If you were to win temporary Elite status, what is the alternative if you are already Elite?
  14. Server waits in the hallway and their assistant is the runner for your different courses.
  15. Travel summary and passport should be all you need.
  16. Since you won't have your medallions, you will be blue lane. Have your passport and phone app ready and proceed accordingly through the signage.
  17. I would suggest the Alaska State Museum, 395 Whittier St., Juneau, Alaska. https://museums.alaska.gov Artifacts and exhibits on Alaska's people, history and art. It was a fascinating look back at the indigenous people and how they live. It took me about 2 hrs. to go through and cost about $10.
  18. Yes, the 5 for 4 beer bucket deal lives! I was on the Crown in May and again in October and beer buckets were available at the upper deck bars, not Crooner's, vines or any interior bar. I tried. Selection may vary.
  19. Cancel your paid reservations and make your reservations immediately upon boarding. Call the DINE line or visit your preferred restaurant. Someone at each venue will take your reservations.
  20. This story is worthy of a fresh batch of popcorn and cocktails. It's going to be a crash and I can't look away!
