    Toni- Since you live in SoCal, get the flying out of the way first and then arrive in LA, your time zone, and drive home. Works for us the same way in SF.

    Are you on a Royal Class ship (Discovery Princess or Majestic Princess)? If so, your ate departure is to catch low tide so that the ship can clear the Lion's Gate Bridge. I have done this on the Majestic and they kept everyone onboard so that there was no delay in leaving YVR.

    What if your RS order that you paid a service fee is delivered at room temp? I had a real problem with getting hot food delivered hot, both for dinner and the write-in on the hang tag; Crown Princess, May 23rd - June 2nd.

    These cabins are at the "pointy end" of the ship; more movement and not as convenient to the activity areas of the ship would be my guess.

    I was on the Crown May 23 June 2, C607. My mattress wasn't soft, it sagged. My steward tried all the tricks to no avail. It's just worn out and dead. Only remedy is replacement.
