  1. Received this email this morning referring me to Stockperks for my Shareholder OBC RESPONSE EMAIL ONLY - PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL Thank you for contacting Carnival UK, Shareholder Benefits inbox, please accept this as an auto acknowledgement to confirm your email has been received. If your email relates to a request for your shareholder onboard credit benefit for your upcoming sailing, please see the information below regarding a change to our current process. Carnival Corporation have partnered with Stockperks, an application that connects retail investors to public companies to bring an improved, onboard credit request process. As P&O Cruises and Cunard form part of the Carnival Corporation we are now migrating to a new way to request and redeem your shareholder benefit through Stockperks. Full details of the Carnival shareholder benefit program via Stockperks are available at https://www.stockperks.com/carnivalcorp, including how to download the app and a video demo of how to upload your proof of CCL ownership in the app. Below is some further information to assist you with understanding a little more about Stockperks. What is Stockperks? Stockperks is an app-based marketplace that connects public companies like Carnival with their retail investors. Companies create unique perks, like onboard credit for Carnival brand cruises, to reward their loyal shareholders. Why is Carnival partnering with Stockperks? Carnival has a successful shareholder benefit program with a high number of requests coming through each month which are currently all managed manually, therefore resulting in a longer response time for our guests. Stockperks offers a much more automated and streamlined process ensuring these requests can be handled in a much more efficient way. For reference, guests will follow these simple steps to submit their claim: 1. Download the app via the links on the webpage, or search for “Stockperks” in the app store 2. Once downloaded, create a Stockperks user profile 3. Then search for “Carnival” in the app, and select the cruise line the guest is traveling on 4. Click the blue button “Validate your portfolio” and they will be guided through the process of providing their CCL ownership details 5. Once confirmed, they can submit their claim for each eligible booking Is Stockperks available on desktop? No. Currently Stockperks is only available via mobile app (Android and iOS). However, Stockperks is developing an email and web based process that guests will be able to use in lieu of the app and this is expected sometime in March. Is Stockperks secure? The Stockperks service is governed by Stockperks’ Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and may be subject to other Stockperks policies and terms. For information regarding Stockperks’ use and processing of your information, technical support, account setup, and all other questions regarding the use of Stockperks, please contact Stockperks at hello@stockperks.com If you require any further support, please click on either of the below links for our current Contact Centre opening hours: https://www.pocruises.com/contact-us https://www.cunard.com/en-gb/contact-us

That's the beauty of travelling from Southampton, not having to worry about over packing & it was a 19 night cruise.

    Luggage Tags

These were the last lot I purchased - Temlum 8 Pcs Cruise Luggage Tags Holder with Zip Seal & Steel Loops, Waterproof Clear Luggage Tags Cruise Accessories (20 x 6.4cm) : Amazon.co.uk: Fashion Printed at 130%, trimmed and folded and they work perfectly
  4. I thought I had an up to date menu from the chart room but I was mistaken and have now to post something as I can't delete it
  5. This is the email I received for the last lot claimed Thank you for your email. Your shareholder benefit has been applied and a revised booking confirmation that will show the added on board credit has been sent. As you have booked directly with us you will receive this via your personal email address or by post. Cunard - Sailings of 6 days or less $50. 7-13 days $100. 14 days or longer $250
  6. I spoke to Cunard yesterday to add my Ex Forces OBC to our two upcoming cruises and I asked about the Shareholder OBC and was told just to email shareholderbenefits@carnivalukgroup.com with proof of my shareholding - I did that and I got an acknowlegement email back, so I shall report back if it was successful
  7. We only discovered it was a thing last year after many voyages
  8. Yes you can, you can also request a jug of iced water from room service, but the price of bottled water in Britannia is extortionate. It's complimentary for Grills guests.
  9. And the Broadwalk Cafe too - QE and QV there's a machine either side of the buffet (just aft of the Pizza/Pasta station), though it's pot luck if they are working or not.
  10. I was looking for it too, but there is no mention of any drinks other than paid for beverages - but it gives an idea what is available from room service for people that unfamiliar
  11. I'm 6'6" renting is not even an option, plus the cost is way more than buying at M&S - As previously stated elsewhere Marks & Spencer sell a cheap tux which I can get into and can be ordered online for collection in their Southampton store.
  12. We had 5001 in 2021 - Blogged about it here - and although I loved the size and position it was very noisy when the sea was heavy, and we had plenty of heavy seas on that cruise.
  13. We trim to the lines length wise, then fold over lengthwise again retaining the reference and phone details, then one more fold midway and trim off the ends
  14. These are our last lot from Amazon UK - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09XBBS5XM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 I find printing at 130% scale and then trimming to the lines gives a perfect fit when folded
  15. When we were in 5001, a lovely P2 cabin, which is really niosy in heavy seas. The waves crashing on the bow thunders through the cabin, we were given ear plugs.
  16. This is from October 13th - Sea Day heading to Cagliari - All Daily Programmes from that cruise can be found HERE......... 13_Oct.pdf
  17. I probably would, but the creaks and goans from the ship, as she moves, drowns them out.
  18. The deck 4 balconies are larger for both PG and Britannia on both QE and QV, they extend a couple of feet further than the balconies above. The cabins are the same size as all other PG cabins and it wasn't an acessible one PG Balcony This is a Deck 4 Forward Britannia Balcony - The Aft balconies have a glass front
  19. I'll also add that we take along a couple of magnetic hooks as Jane's longer gowns can drag on the floor and use them to hang those from the ceiling
  20. Which Ship? - On QE & QV you have a large open hanging space with lots of room, 2/3 the width of the cabin with a full width shelf above and a single full height large cupboard with plenty of shelf space.
  21. I believe the lunch menus are the same for both PG and Britannia, they certainly were the couple of times I checked
  22. We have had a couple of air-fryers in the past, both of which did a good job, but Jane bought me an Instant Pot Ultimate Lid (Ninja also do one) for Xmas, which is one of those multifunction devices, and includes an air-fryer as well as a pressure cooker, sous vide etc, so as counter top space was limited, the trusty old Philips went to a good home and I've never looked back, pressure cooking a whole chicken and then finishing it off in the air fryer is a revelation, and all done in one pot albeit with a wipe out half way through.
  23. I had a Zoom work meeting while on my September cruise and the WiFi reception in our Britannia room was awful so ended up in a quiet corner in the Commodore Club which didn't stay quiet for long. Jane was policing me and apologising to the people who came and sat by me - I would have used the Admirals Lounge, but the cruise director films their piece for the morning in there in the afternoon.
