  1. We did Equinox to the ABC's in January. Great cruise! Welcome to Celebrity!
  2. Maybe try clearing the Celebrity "cookies" on your browser.
  3. Lisa Lutoff-Perlo will transition to Vice Chair, External Affairs for Royal Caribbean Group, effective May 1. In her new role, Lutoff-Perlo will continue reporting to Royal Caribbean Group President and CEO Jason Liberty
  4. Well we did have this exact thread topic about a month ago. See below.
  5. I have been influenced at this point to stop reading this thread.
  6. We used to say Silhouette but now I would have to agree about Equinox being our favorite.
  7. LLP to LHB. Remember that change here in your posts complaining about Celebrity, and also you need a new email address for complaints to the CEO. Other than that, nothing much will change.
  8. Go Premium Starlink and don't worry about it.
  9. On Chic nights you will see every type of dress, but much more casual than the Formal nights of the past. If he enjoys a Tuxedo, then he will look great and will not be out of place. Enjoy!
  10. We had Premium Starlink on Equinox in January. We were able to easily connect everywhere and had a very good experience with it.
  11. The ship is older and has not had the major renovations called the Revolution. Consequence of the pandemic and lack of funds due to the extended cruise shutdown. I do not believe that any staterooms on Infinity including suites have had upgrades.
  12. Were you on the Premium WiFi or the standard?
  13. No problem. I did not mean to imply anything either. In my previous (unretired) life, I used to run site operations for a major company. I agree with you. There is nothing like actual, realistic drilling to be prepared for emergencies. For both staff and passengers.
  14. To be honest I have sailed suites on Celebrity for years (Sky and CS) and have never seen this form!
  15. I was responding to the OP's simple question about e-Muster. I don't think many here are downplaying the importance of a Muster drill and sorry to hear of your experience.
  16. Ken you are being upright and following the rules. But there seems to be no requirement that you have to show a date or timestamp or dated photo. From what I read anyway from the link you posted.
  17. Yes! Download the Celebrity app and you can do the Muster Drill by watching there. Or once onboard, in your stateroom on the TV. Either way, before the ship departs you just go to your designated muster area and tell them you are there and they check you off the list. That's it.
  18. No. In general Sky Suites are not contacted in advance.
  19. Thanks for the very nice review. Other cruisers recently on Infinity have commented on some of her maintenance issues too. I have not seen these type of comments about Constellation which also has not been updated with the major Revolution renovations. People seem to be happy with Millie and Summit.
  20. I have never known a Butler to need a written list. They remember everything. If you are in a premium suite you will get a call from the Retreat shoreside concierge where you can make your requests.
  21. Beyond if you want to try something different as you have been on Reflection several times and her sister ships. But no question, choose Reflection if you want a traditional balcony as others have stated vs the IV. Beyond does have the Aqua Sky Suite for probably a lot more money, or maybe a regular sky suite. Maybe worth it to be in the Retreat for such a long cruise! If you choose Beyond in a regular cabin you can see if you can get a Sunset Veranda which has a real traditional balcony. They are aft at the very back of the ship if you look at deck plans. Maybe less expensive than Aqua class.
  22. @zitsky How far in advance of your cruise? Still time to cancel or re-book at the higher price? Or find something else to your liking? Is this common you ask? In general-no. This has happened to me a few times. But mostly after I boarded and there was a reason (weather, rough seas, etc.). When it happened in advance of the cruise I always got a refund. I typically these days do not do Celebrity excursions and find a private one with a few people (usually from my Roll Call). I am done with a bus full of people on excursions (even before COVID).
  23. It is great to hear that you truly enjoyed your cruise on APEX. Your review will certainly annoy some of the more negative posters here - but that is a really good thing!😀
