    I just called X asking for my refund, it's been 63 days since I cancelled. When I canceled I was mentioned 30 days. Now the Refunds and Payments department tells me that it can take up to 90 business days to be processed. Is this a new policy?

    Previously, there were 90 days to reserve and maintain the OBC promotion, and one year to reserve without OBC. Now it is 18 months in both cases. In other threads it is mentioned that the OBC of the current cruise can be used to pay the deposit, is this possible?

    Celebrity does consider it B2B, even if it's two different ships on the same day, it can be up to 2 days after the first cruise to get the B2B discount. I'm saying this because an onboard sales representative told me so.
