Well, it's a moot point now...but Pacific Princess was our favorite ship after only one sailing. She only carried 675 passengers. During the pandemic Princess sold her to Azamara.

We did a partial Panama Canal transit cruise in February with no issues. That was our first sailing on the Caribbean P but we have another one booked for September, a Canada/New England cruise. You can generally *always* find something to complain about if you're looking. Our attitude is "Any day on a ship is better than being at home and NOT on a ship!"

You may not have to move from your cabin depending on how many *other* pax have come down with it. I have seen on a couple of occasions where there was a single cabin apparently quarantined.

Yes, you should not have any issues in doing this.

I've never done this...but *in theory* you should be able to do this at guest services when on board.

I bought my last 2 available to me for last month on 5/31. Bummer! I really hope they bring them back soon! I've got a bit more to pay on an upcoming TA.

Ah...you booked with a TA! Yes, Princess cannot help you directly in this situation...everything needs to go through your TA if that's how you booked.

Very often the chat will show as "busy"...it's not really. Just try again several times and chances are you will get in. It's something to do with their chat system and general nature of their website.

Fully agree. We were on the first sailing mentioned. We had a great cruise.

Let's make sure that we're on the same page here...are you talking about the Plus *FARE* or the Plus *DRINK PKG*? Princess has really created a TON of confusion with their naming of these two items. I assume you know the difference between the two... (?) I was under the impression that you had to select the *FARE* when you book...which gives you all of its given perks (drink pkg, wifi, gratuities, etc.) If it's the Plus drink package then yes, you should be able to use your OBC once on board to add it.

Glad you got the refund...one less "stressor" to deal with!

It is located on the side of the light itself. Not too hard to reach because those ceilings are not "full height".

I have never seen an "advance warning" of a price increase. If you were to book through a TA they might have insight.

Cards were still available to fill out on the Sky 2 weeks ago. We used them at least twice during our 15 day sailing.

Mattresses are very subjective like the food quality. We have never had issues with the mattresses on close to 10 different ships. We always get a good night's sleep.

We prefer to be "in control of our own destiny" when it comes to booking air. We have status on Delta and very often can do just as well via Skymiles as opposed to anything EZAir offers...and we are in control.

Agreed...I can't imagine each ship or cruise director "doing their own thing" when it comes to that.
