  1. For those who checked her blogs out, did you note almost zero mask wearing from her congregation as they lined up entering the wheelhouse bar for the function? Not good enough.
  2. Just saw her blogs on Coral, dont think I will cruise with 🍯.She is a bit out there.
  3. Honey must be a Blogger come travel writer who books block cabins for her groups, de facto TA, or a tour operator.Never heard of her until now, I just did a background check, lol.
  4. Normal price range from $75 to $95 depending on time of year and whether 2 or 3 Hour cruise.
  5. 9000 pax, omg, tendering would be impossible. Imagine the scrum down at the buffet, one would lose an arm or a leg in the melee.
  6. So the P and O booze cruisers have migrated to Princess. Nooooo. We do not want them.
  7. Bon Voyage, you are in for an adventure. We did the same one on ye olde Sun Princess in 2009.
  8. It is normally about $70 but probably a bit more as a Princess Shorex. Princess would have booked the boat out todaywith a few sailings.
  9. I went to a couple of the chaps talks on the 13th to 22nd Sept cruise. Dont you know the Americans won the war, lol.
  10. Two and a half hours, three with a break. I sometimes stay at Eden but more often Merimbula which is 20 minutes north of Eden.
  11. Great pics. That Aslings Beach and the boardwalk alongside are one of my favourite spots down there. Idyllic. You did a bit of walking today and many thanks for the reports and photos.
  12. Well the security staff had the opportunity today at Eden to march off those idiots or refuse to wear masks. But Princess is too weak to force the issue. I hope these bogans on this cruise did not leave any bugs for the decent folk on the round Australia cruise tomorrow which will have an older more vulnerable demographic.
  13. On the Aussie production, I thought the Captain looked embarrassed to be there at the introduction. From memory he did not say a word. Just doing what he was told by Head Office, lol.
  14. I have been on most Princess ships in the past 20 yrs, cannot recollect ever seeing wash basins at MDR or Specialty Restaurant doors. Horizon Courts and World Market Places, yes. Just off Coral, still quite a few pax not washing hands at the buffet although directed to do by staff member at door. Some of the ignorant pax do not want to line up for their turn at the Washy Washy. Little wonder that Covid outbreaks are still occurring on some ships.
  15. They have a big range of foods, big and small and for a Sydney a reasonable price, not that cheap but reasonable.
  16. Pretty much a sell out your 28 dayer, Julie. Bon Voyage again. The staff must all know you and Rolf by now, lol.
  17. Nice pic Geoff. Have they got the mini markets out at the pier and the food vans out? You might get a decent pie or fish and chips, lol. As if you need it. The Horizon Court awaits !!!
  18. And for breakfast, don't pay $40 or $50 for the hotel buffets, try City Extra opposite the ferry terminals, half the price and better. I breakfasted there the other week, pre Coral cruise.
  19. Geoff...Just too many Premier Packages and not enough seats in the Bayou etc. Enjoy the evening, you might even get a complimentary glass of plonk, lol. You could have gone to the Chow restaurant, up the hill from the ship, lol.🥢
  20. Well done Geoff, but I bet many pax have missed out. Overselling speshul restaurant vouchers is not. Incompetence.
  21. Try Marriott, 10 minute walk to Terminal. Rydges is not good value when the ships are in, they whack the price up to $330 a night. Better value elsewhere.
