  1. Unlike most casino programs both land and cruise based Carnival's Casino program DOES NOT have a published tiers system. Obviously on the back end there are casino player tiers but they are not published. So as a casino player on Carnival you don't have published levels/tiers for you to play and earn points to attain.
  2. The benefit is still listed as 30 items, so I would say that it shouldn't be a problem and if it were me and I needed two bags to fit 30 items I would just explain it to the cabin attendant what you did.
  3. Why do you think they don't? If you do a search on their website it's right there.
  4. It doesn't matter what your reservations show, there's no longer any set early or late dining on E-Class ships. Celebrity deliberately chose NOT TO notify existing customers that booked early or late set dining on E-Class ships that it no longer exists on those ships. SO PLEASE, don't be fooled by what you have previously reserved; it no longer is available.
  5. Oh yes, sure. Since the HH is available in most of the bars everyone is welcome. Previously the HH was in one reserved space where you had to show your Elite and higher status to gain admittance, but that's no longer the case. Edit: Royal's current voucher system IMO is much better since you can use it any time of the day and for any drink up to voucher limit. Celebrity's way is unlimited drinks but only for that two hour period and only from a limited drinks list.
  6. The OP is referring to shows that are in the atrium. On Excel Class ships the ship's atrium is also a space for shows and music. But the space isn't optimal for seeing the stage. Excel class ships also have a traditional theater which has sloped seating and no columns so no problems seeing the stage. On Vista Class ships the main theater is designed as a flexible space with moveable seating which isn't sloped, all combined to account for the problems of seeing the stage.
  7. Elite happy hour is free UNLIMITED drinks from a specific menu available from 5-7 at most bars except for a few. It is NOT available in ANY dining room/restaurant, so most people order from a bar and bring a drink into the dining room if it's around the time of the happy hour. The photo below shows which bars are excluded. Sorry I don't have a photo of the drinks list, I'm sure someone else will post it. So it's different from Royal in that you can only order drinks from that limited menu. Besides specific wines, beers and cocktails it does list individual sprits so a bartender can do a simple mixed drink, say gin & tonic, screwdriver, etc.
  8. Just to get everyone in the mood video from sail away party on the 7/27 Scarlet Lady sailing. 803874307_PXL_20220727_221307533.TS(1).mp4
  9. Hmmm. The weather on embarkation day isn't going to be the warmest, that for sure!
  10. Welcome. You'll get a flood of responses that say you may even get it the same day, but as I said the standard is two days. That's why you cannot take advantage of the free bag of laundry benefit the last three days of your cruise. Because of the turnaround.
  11. Generally it's a two day turnaround if you hand it in before 9am, so if you give it to your cabin attendant on a Monday you'll get it back on Wednesday. Sometimes you can get it back the next day, but the standard is two days.
  12. Correct. Celebrity never had Theme nights. That's not their style. Edit: Celebrity's daily printed program is called, Celebrity Today.
  13. Just because a restaurant in Rome serves Chicken Parm doesn't make it authentic in terms of originating from Italy. The same restaurant serves Penne A La Vodka which also isn't a dish that originated in Italy but created in the US. Having said this it doesn't mean native Italians can't enjoy dishes that didn't originate from the homeland. My dad, who's 93 and was born in Hong Kong and emigrated to the US in '56, loves those Chinese crunchy noodles Chinese-American restaurants serve with the Duck Sauce;however, neither of those items are of Chinese origin but created in America,
  14. Just to be clear BCC comped cabins aren't eligible for bidding upgrades.
  15. Just don't try to take it off yourself. I had bought something in London several years ago and when I got home discovered the same type of security tag on it. I literally put it in the drawer (It was a stupid cotton sleeveless t-shirt) and left it for about a year before looking at it and spent two days trying to pry the f**king thing off. I had to crack the plastic off then use pliers to bend the metal pin and shear it off.
  16. Make sure you give the dealer your sign and sail card, and make sure whatever game you're playing your first several hands you're betting bigger. The Pit boss will enter into the computer what your average bet is, which is why you want to bet bigger at the start, which is when they input what you're betting.
  17. I'm not sure of your question. IF you booked your cruise with a casino offer that specifically states you have drinks everywhere for you and a companion then when you board the ship it's already coded on your sign and sail account and you don't need to do anything else, no activation, or stickers, or anything like that.
  18. Virgin flash mob ad in NYC subway: https://fb.watch/hY62-ui4n4/
  19. Probably a little bit of both. But it is certainly clear that Celebrity is testing things out, that seems unrefutable.
  20. AMEX is REALLY on the ball. I purchased Slot credits for my February Solstice cruise just now and within MINUTES received an email from Amex about fulfilling the requirements for the Celebrity Membership rewards point bonus. I mean, I literally just made the purchase minutes ago and they're only showing as pending charges!
  21. I beg to differ. I use the thermal suite on embarkation day on every cruise I go on. My routine is during sail away I'm at the gym then follow up with a good steam, sauna, and shower before dinner.
  22. Actually the menu DOES Show the offerings that change daily; that's the Section labeled Celebrity Signatures. The upper portion labeled Classics are the choices that don't change. If this menu is from the E-Class ships what's missing are the restaurant specific specials. FYI: The Restaurant specific specials are DIFFERENT on the Beyond vs the Edge or the Apex.
  23. I think the OP is referring to the Elite benefit of a free visit to the thermal suite on port days. That benefit doesn't apply to any E-Class ship, nor are there any discounts for E-Class thermal suite passes. As to whether you can use that benefit on embarkation day on M and S class ships that's an interesting question. If it's allowed it would be certainly AFTER sail away.
