  1. We have an upcoming cruise on the Solstice with a room that has always included so two basic wifi plans included. Is it possible to add on an extra device to one of the included plans and if so will it be at the discounted rate? I've never done this before so unfamiliar as to what rate would be charged. Thanks for any insight into this!
  2. Yes, all cabins have refrigerators. Having said that depending on what temperature the medicine needs to be kept it may or may not keep it at the appropriate temperature.
  3. They set the precedent when they went to all Anytime Dining on the Beyond and then the rest of the E-Class ships with NO NOTIFICATION, not even a letter in the room for those that had booked set dining.
  4. If this is going to be instituted fleet wide that's setting a very disappointing precedent and I don't see how they can consider themselves a premium cruiseline when they're offering less than and literally every other cruiseline.
  5. Does anyone know if this particular offer REQUIRES you to click through the provided Celebrity link? I prepaid gratuities and will have to but some Casino Slot credits but I forgot to click through the link for the gratuity payment. Technically it say s you do, but wondering if in practice it is necessary.
  6. Doesn't Disney have that unique dining room rotation system? I think with that dining model it kinda changes the whole dynamics. Was there any other venues you can have dinner without an extra fee if you didn't want to go to the dining room?
  7. TBH I don't see this happening. I don't know any mainstream cruiseline that doesn't have it's buffet open for dinner, and Celebrity isn't going to be the first to do it. Whatsmore, none of Celebrity's ships have an alternative no fee food venue for dinner other than the MDRs, so I see zero chance of this happening.
  8. My biggest gripe about BCC is the inconsistences and their polices that aren't friendly to gamblers. Royal's program is more straightforward and isn't subject to the whims of the onboard casino host.
  9. It looks like it's located on Deck five in the hallway leading to the renamed Carnevale Bar and Lounge, so it's anyone's guess if it remains.
  10. Cucina and Chibang ARE not Specialty restaurants (ZERO Cover charges) but YTD main dining rooms, therefore, no free wine offers on the first night.
  11. It's interesting to note the most likely spot on deck five for the new restaurant was previously more shops under Costa, which was taken out for a new bar and the Italian Specialty Restaurant. On a different note I can't seem to locate which deck the Wax museum is located and whether that will remain? Any bets on that? Did John Heald make any mention of it?
  12. They had already discussed a new Italian Specialty restaurant concept for later reveal so you can be 100% sure there wont' be a Cucina Del Capitano.
  13. Not having a comfortable room temperature and HAVING to SLEEP in my clothes is a hard no and a deal breaker while being on vacation and PAYING for something that should be part of the basics. Not sure why people would be so forgiving with something that IS under the company's control, unlike the weather. I could understand rain everyday on a Caribbean cruise since that's not something anyone can do about it.
  14. Where did you hear that? If anything it's the reverse. The Thermal suites on the E-Class are beautiful but lots of wasted space and wasted rooms.
  15. I thought this thread was about Guest Services using I-Pads, lol.🤷‍♂️😆
  16. I'll be very honest. I'm a spa person and we were in Aquaclass on the Summit and for me, the free sauna was just fine.
  17. The heated rooms are totally co-ed on the Celebration. There are NO single sex saunas in the locker rooms. There is a regular sauna (as opposed to the infrared salt room sauna in the thermal suite) that's accessible to everyone, even those without a thermal suite pass, in the back hallway of the spa locker rooms. You exit the locker rooms using the rear door and for women it will be right in from of you (Glass frosted door) and for men just make a left and down the hall. This sauna is your traditional Finnish Sauna with a main heating element. The Salt room Infrared sauna uses a different technology. Lots of people don't like it because the sauna room itself isn't that hot, but then you're using the sauna wrong. It's the same technology as infrared space heaters for your home. You have to be RIGHT in from of the heating element to feel the warmth. So in the sauna there are multiple infrared heating elements that you're supposed to sit right in front of so the heat radiates on your back and then it warms your whole body.
  18. For Sky Suites the butlers each have their own way of doing things so it's crucial that you ask yours to confirm how they want to handle it. But generally the soft drinks, all bottled water, and beer is included but NOT the wine or sprits. There is a welcome bottle of sparking wine in the room which can be switched out for red or white.
  19. FYI the Summit has a complementary sauna in the spa/gym locker rooms that are accessible to everyone without a thermal suite pass. They are small holding 4 people comfortably, 6 squished in , but they do the trick and you don't need to pay extra.
  20. Hotel Soho Barcelona or H10 Casanova. Both located on the Gran Via. Walking distance to the Rambla without being right there. It's a major Boulevard so very safe area, convenient to everything. Taxis are plentiful in Barcelona and they even have minivans or hatchback taxis so plenty of room for luggage. Just have hotel call a cab for you in the morning.
  21. E-class ships no longer have a sauna in the spa locker rooms. All heated rooms are in the Thermal suite itself.
  22. No, because the HVAC shuts off whenever the window is down. The bifold doors are soley a cosmetic device to simulate a separate room when you close them. Think of them as room dividers.
  23. Royal has their own casino program called Club Royale and isn't connected to Blue Chip Club in any way, shape, or form.
