    When I pull up my booking it says purchase easy plus package for $427. I already have the easy plus package. It doesnt say how much to upgrade. with MSC now just letting you pay the difference in drink cost if I were to order a premium drink I am not going to worry about it now.

    The last one I booked we didn't get the drink package. We don't drink very much so it wasn't worth it. It's getting like NCL. Free drink package just pay $300 for the gratuities.

    I see they are getting their prices up to the prices of the other cruise lines. If I want the free drinks and wifi for a 7 day cruise I was looking at it will be $540 extra. That's not free in my book. lol

    I know it's like that when you initiate the change, but is it still that way when Carnival initiates the change? Someone posted earlier in the thread that they experienced the upgrade that Carnival offered and didn't lose anything. Bottom line though as you mentioned you should double check and be careful before accepting the upgrade.

    Agree. This will probably be our last cabana. Last year and our cruise next week were booked under covid prices. Now that prices are back to normal we will book insides as well. As you said the majority of our time we were not in our cabin and we were back at the pool area.

    Wow I hope they take into consideration that we have a 3 year old with us. 8:30 isnt good. Just about bedtime for her. thats really late for early dining. is the dining time on your card when you get on?

    All the shows say you need a reservation. Not sure but I think you have to reserve once onboard.

    Easy for me to sleep in as I worked 25 years on night shift. As for my wife she is up around 6am 7 days per week whether she has work or not.

    Unfortunately Cruise Critic is not very popular for roll calls anymore. Most have moved to social media. I'm not good with social media so I miss out by them not being on here much anymore.

    Wife went to her electrophysiologist today and got the all clear to cruise next week! YAY! Thanks everybody
