I stayed there for a ncl cruise. I wasnt overly impressed with what wasnt included. Sbux in the lobby extra. Lucky we got a thermos of free coffee set out.

I'd bet they also tipped when they got out in addition to the $150 at the terminal I got out at. So way above $100 changed hands.

On allure pinnacles were allowed 1 lunch and 1 dinner slot. Already being cut back depending how many there are. I think we had 79 pinnacles.

On another ship I was moved from the large 1A porthole to a tiny 4E HC that half the cabin was the bathroom and the beds didnt even push together. I was unhappy too. They didnt even email or let me know before I boarded. My PVP said carnival has the right to move you. I didnt use her much after that after she took carnivals side. Now I use a TA.

I think it ties up the cabin for 20 minutes. I tied one up by accident looking at what I wanted to book, and then my pvp had to wait to book it. Shouldnt be a huge effect. I shared a uber with ken and his wife. 3 of us some thought we needed a SUV size. Later he said there was a sign on the car saying 30% extra because it was larger. I didnt see the sign but ken was observant. I asked the driver about the cost and he never mentioned the extra. Just the price. Kinda sneaky I thought. I also saw a post by twangster who flew into Galveston and showed there were times of day uber charges extra for surge times. I wasnt aware of so many prices before. Twangster took lyft uber was so inflated when he wanted to go. We just jumped into the next uber in line at the miami port.

I booked my next cruise as refundable. Good thing as my date changed. Only got $75 not $100 obc. I guess my TA had no problem changing the date, he didnt say it was a problem.

The carnival mardi gras was the first of the 3 LNG ships. I think celebration is the name of the 2nd and went to calif. Galveston will get the 3rd LNG ship. Jubilee. Carnival is also bringing in some italian ship. There is a expensive pay restaurant onboard, costs more than the regular carnival italian. Supposed to be some kind of more italian restaurant and people werent sure how it would do at the higher price pt. I forget the story, how it became a carnival ship rather suddenly ..though wasnt made originally for them. PC is where they choose to bring it. Idk which date in sept or which interior facing balcony. I've had both, the facing central park and the end of boardwalk deck 10 on allure. I too have allure booked this sept again b2b but keeping the same cabin this time. Central park is more quiet, the other if near the end you can see out the aft. Mama mia is fabulous.

Yes make all 3 as soon as you board. So you get the best times possible. There is a kiosk or head to izumi or one of the other restaurants.

I was at a ten top with 11 chairs. They werent sitting even close to each other. As far as going to the maitre d' good grief. I have enough issues getting seating this isnt big enough to waste my time on. Oasis I got bumped from my table and the time before not enough seats for me to sit, and both floor supervisors never gave me a permanent seat. Rcl seems to be having poor quality supervisors enough without me asking for 2 apps .. I want a seat. Lol. Twice they were bad imo. Each to his own I guess. This time I was just happy to finally have a good table.

And I've had just the opposite with carnival. Hurricane ike came thru on a friday night. We were supposed to dock in Galveston saturday but spent Friday night in cozumel overnight. They then took us to new orleans. Gave us one phone call pp from guest services. Too many people wanted to call for the number of phone lines. I had 2 HC women with me, never again. One her walker had gears and woukdnt fold up much so I couldn't rent a compact car, had to find a mid sized rental. ..the phone call was all I got and first place didnt have mid sized so I had to stand in line for hours for a 2nd call.i They said those who wanted to could reboard after going thru customs in new orleans. About 3 days later they got permission to dock at the new port in houston. I wrote and they said since eventually they docked in houston that was a round trip so they owed no obc. We got nothing! No sleep. I swore I'd never cruise with them again it was handled so horrible. Please no one pretend carnival handles emergencies better. Rcl has almost always been better when side by side emergencies.

Is JiJis on the panorama or do you mean the Mongolian wok is open for lunch? I loved JiJis on vista but it's on very few ships.
