I see this is your first post so welcome to cc. I'm having trouble imagining they moved you from balcony to interior cabins without telling you first. Thank goodness for my TA who could escalate this. You are after final payment and they dont give anyone the price difference if the price drops, so that is a dead argument. I'd ask for a supervisor and explain you were downgraded and not told the new cabins were interior. How long after they moved you did you call back and ask for the original cabins back? I'd be upset too. If you knew they were inside cabins you could have refused and not moved.

I would no show if someone isnt taking your place. Just leave the booking as it is. Your fees and taxes are automatically refunded to the card that paid them. I missed my jan 30th cruise and just no showed. No reason to cancel. I wouldnt get a refund by then.

So why would someone do ala carte at izumi and not the fixed price meal? Which I hear is a lot of food. 1 small, 2 large, and a dessert choice.

The sold out doesnt show unless you click on it. Then it shows for me. I can tell ahead of time because there is no discount next to the price like the others. It is just some low number and no discount on it shows and it's always sold out. I can tell now without clicking but if they clicked on the price it says sold out. .. just seeing a random low number isnt a valid price.

I posted the paper left in the cabins said JR milkshakes excluded. And someone corrected me, it's only for adults. Children can get milkshakes with their vouchers.

It's been high level for at least a year. Dont buy weed from strangers and stay with your excursion. Keep money in a place pick pockets cant easily reach ... same as always.

Me too. Even a extra can or two of coke I debate if the extra weight worth it. Or a vitamin water I never got around to drinking and hated to throw out. I certainly am not getting extra to carry home.

I'm cruising solo too. I did push pts last year when I found out about DP340 and its rules. If I hadnt I probably wouldnt have booked those extra cruises. Plus I got some discount on group rates .. though one was marginally less, $30 ? Almost nothing less, except refundable. As far as classifying rcl pax as low class ... from someone who considers rcl too expensive to book??!!

$87 for 6 days .. is it 14.75 per day. The math doesnt seem to work when i divide 6 into 87. Just curious. Hard to remember what every line charges .. sorry.

That being said I do see where anyone can click and ask for a hc cabin on the mock booking. It's against the law for them to ask what your handicap is. I've travelled with my hc sister and have even asked for a shower chair in a regular cabin.

He means not all suites of that type include free internet. Perks are not the same across the fleet. There was a earlier post about maybe they should make perks consistent across the fleet. I understood him. Lol. He said it's been true on that class of ship free wifi not included.

The phone in your cabin for usa is 1.99 per minute. Idk about calling Canada.

I do it online. Idk if it matters. I type in the passport number, never scanned it. I skip the picture, not required.

Everyone says the fixed is too much food. I plan on soup, that fried stuff veggies and shrimp and some sushi, havent decided which one and dessert. If I'm too full I will take it to my cabin. I think I read with UDP you get 4 not 8 sushi now in a serving. I'm sure I can eat 4. Though I'm not sure if fixed menu you get 4 not 8 sushi now. I'm booked a month ago 34.99 total I think. Now its 39.99 fixed plus 18% tip.

So sorry you feel that way. That's sad to me. You are here saying you love cruising or why post here, but the prices are over what you want to pay. I added 3 more lately. Sorry for you. Thats sad.

I've booked a bunch of izumi hoping for a bogo, but now maybe not. You dont like the fixed menu? I do love sushi but havent been a huge fan onboard. Ive read do the ala carte instead it's too much food. I'm also not used to eating a lot at a time.

Some of us are D+ and when you get there you might see it too. Book night 1 or 2 and ask onboard for bogo. My 5 cruises this year I have something booked direct all 5. Had no idea it was a bargain lol. 5 meals at a $7 increase is $35. In one month.

And 3 or 4 weeks ago, before the last sale all of these were at $28.99 15% off. Then the dining sale started and some said pkgs less, but all of these changed to 10% off, $2 more. I was going to ask for bogo, as I only got $3 off full priced so I thought who cares if they cancel and rebook full price ...but now I'm booked at 28.99 a month ago, and full price is 39.99. Some memorial sale. HUGE!! Lol
