  1. Suites have the Lavazza machines and also a hot water kettle.
  2. Radiance has junior suites, grand suites, owners suites and a royal suite.
  3. Best to look for information on the cruise line website. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/if-i-test-positive-for-sars-cov-2-what-is-your-refund-policy-and-costs-covered
  4. @dani negreanuThanks for sharing your photos and video of Rome. Your choice for pizza was perfect, great food and view! I hope both you and @sgmnenjoy your cruises!
  5. You can go talk to the Loyalty Ambassador and have it taken care of for your second leg. I would talk to them on the first leg and see how they will handle it for you.
  6. You were on the phone when you told them to do that, so you had called them.
  7. Blocks are definitely given on the ship you hit the point milestone. You could try talking to another C&A rep on the phone or talk to Loyalty Ambassador on your next cruise, emphasizing that you really want a Harmony block.
  8. The form should have been in your cabin on Harmony where you reached 140 points. I would talk to the Loyalty Ambassador on your Indy cruise to get it worked out. You will likely end up with an Indy block though, not Harmony.
  9. We filled out the form for our block to be shipped to home while on Quantum. Next day, block was in cabin. Will see if they ship one too.
  10. Not sure why you changed your quote to have me saying something I didn't say.
  11. What ship are you sailing? Suite benefits are very different if you are sailing a ship with Royal Suite Class.
  12. Refrigerators vary greatly by ship. Those on the older ships are just cooler boxes and do not keep things very cold. Those on newer ships, like Quantum class, keep things very cold, sometimes too cold as seen in the picture above. If you need to refrigerate medicine, you can request a medical refrigerator from the special needs department at least thirty days prior to your cruise. It will keep things cold at a constant temperature,
  13. If you can get switched to MTD, try to make reservations for the times you want. If you can't get switched before you sail, go to the MDR once you board and see what you can do. With over 4,000 passengers on the ship, there is likely to be a line, whether you have reservations or not. There is a dedicated line for reservations and one for no reservations.
  14. You would have to ask her. Only thing I saw that she was able to get was the upcharge filet and lobster tail that is on the menu in the MDR.
  15. You definitely have to do ArriveCan whether or not you are getting off the ship in the Canadian port.
  16. I understand your frustration, I also tested positive with covid on a recent sailing and communication is not good at all. If you have paid for a dining package that you can't use now, they should refund it. Specialty restaurants don't typically do room service and definitely wouldn't to the isolation cabins. I would keep at guest services and do not leave the ship until you have everything in writing in regards to promised refunds and further isolation reimbursement. I also asked for a copy of my PCR test, just in case I needed to get a certificate of recovery for future travel.
  17. The traditional seating times are 5:15 and 8, main seating and late seating, and there is not the flexibility to come two hours late for traditional dining. My Time Dining was from 6:45 to 9 on my sailing of Quantum. It is in the main dining room on deck 4 and allows you to book a time each night or just show up when you want. There can be a line to get in at times. It is the same food as is served in the traditional dining times. If you want MDR and want to choose different times, you are going to have see if you can change to my time dining.
  18. The dining times remained the same when we were on Quantum a few weeks ago. I would not expect them to be very flexible with the times as the ship is sailing at full capacity. I would look into switching to my time dining as that will give you the flexibility you are looking for. Very doubtful they will let you switch back and forth between main and late seating each night. Victoria is going to be an issue, no matter what dining you have. If you have an excursion, you might need to eat off ship or have a snack late afternoon as the WJ and MDR won't be open when you get to Victoria anyway at 4pm. Cafe Two70 and Sorrentos will be open though. We ate at Tracey's Crab Shack in Juneau, so that wasn't an issue for us. We were already back on the ship in Icy Strait Point, so dinner wasn't an issue there. Unless you are at a later excursion, there isn't too much at Icy Strait Point that would keep you off the ship too late.
  19. If you stay at the Marriott Waterfront, you can walk to the ship. View from our room.
  20. I noticed that too but I actually think it is the power going to the light. Their are three wires that support the lights but then there is also a power cable that is going down partially along one of the supports. I would want that power cable shortened and neatened up.
  21. Sure, you can just go to the website and do it. I didn't bring my laptop with me though, so it was easier to do on the app since I was already in the port city before I could get the QR code.
  22. We liked El Loco Fresh better than Mini Bites too. Mini Bites had potential but it hardly ever had any food available, even at breakfast.
