My experience was the kids had an awesome time after they grouped up. Now whether or not the parent wants their kids having the kind of fun these teens get up to... that's another story.
I am supposed to be heading up out of NYC to Nova Scotia next Saturday. I'm betting if any cruise will be impacted... it will be mine.
Which is ironic because I picked this cruise to escape hurricanes we had to dodge on my last September cruise in 2022.
Was the $45 inclusive of the NYC 20% tax? I saw another "cheaper" parking lot a block away but after fees ($60 professional services + 20% tax) it was still $300 for an SUV parking for 7 days.
I was out of Cape Canaveral last year while a Hurricane was raging through Grand Turk/Bahamas area. We never saw or felt a thing. We just missed all of our scheduled ports... and in fact the weather we encountered was probably better than what you would have on a scheduled itinerary.
Only issue is we had to go to Bimini for one day which is barely a port.
Do you mean "our" as in you and your family? Or in general? Because obviously Carnival will continue to maintain smaller boats. Especially for ports outside Florida (NYC, Baltimore, etc).
Wi-fi might be possible. I can't imagine them ever discounting cheers. I can't even get them to let me have it at all as my wife is not medically allowed to have alcohol, and they won't waive her.
This is true, but they also don't want to have to deal with the fallout from existing platinum customers who spent a lot of time getting to that level. So it's really not something they would realistically remove. This is honestly cheap for them in the grand scheme of things.
Clearly it really depends on the movies being shown. I wonder if they can keep these big crowd favorites past the time they are "new". If so that might help in times like this when the number of IMAX filmed movies being released is less.
I was on the Magic last year and it was great for me. The younger people were saying they liked it, but they also had just been on Mardi Gras and so they preferred it.
It's all about how you can or cannot appreciate things IMO.
