  1. We've been on many Alaskan cruises and have never received one in any of our balconies or suites. Have never heard of them actually.
  2. Just received notice we are visiting Grand Turk instead of Labadee on the April 4 Independence sailing. Woo Hoo!! Yay for Grand Cayman on the April 8 sailing also.
  3. Thanks much! Love the pics. We're scheduled to be there twice next month.

  5. I thought Royal was rolling out pre-cruise dining package reservations the first half of this year. Have they changed their minds?? From Royal: Previous Limitation: Until now, guests with dining packages had to wait until they boarded the ship to make reservations. This process caused stress on embarkation day as they scrambled to secure dining times1. Upcoming Change: Royal Caribbean is changing this. If you buy a dining package, you’ll be able to book reservations pre-cruise. This means you won’t have to worry about making reservations on day one of your cruise. The change is expected to roll out in the first half of 2024, following the launch of the Icon of the Seas ship
  6. Our bags are never delivered to our cabin and we always have to go looking for them. Just off Vision last week and eventually found our bags about 15 cabins away!
  7. Maybe someone monitors this board as a couple days later we received a second chef's choice like the type we normally get.

  9. I love them too. Funny thing is, I had just brought a plate of them from the WJ to the cabin when the knock came on the door delivering two from the chef. Usually it is a nice array of petit fours, chocolate covered strawberries, etc.
  10. Today on Vision. Two Windjammer cookies - pitiful.
  11. At Hooked I almost always get and love the crab cake, captain's platter, lobster mac & cheese, cole slaw, and lemon tart. At Playmakers my go to is the chicken sandwich (don't eat beef but DH and others rave about the hamburgers). Playmakers fries are fantastic and the campfire cookie is just heavenly. Enjoy!!
  12. Just left Symphony this a.m. Hooked is our favorite, Playmakers next.
  13. My recent one took ten days but previously about a week.
  14. On Oasis last year they showed it at the Aqua Theater and the Royal Theater in addition to venues with TVs. I've never heard of a charge for Playmakers except for food and drink (or to reserve those sort of private seating areas). In years past there was a big party in Studio B with refreshments and raffles but haven't seen that in recent times. Unfortunately, you won't see the great commercials so we always record it to watch at home later.
