NCL buffet pizza varies widely and and even on same ship. Most not very good. Oddly enough, POA had good pizza. We've ordered room service Pizza at least last three trips and it has been very good.

From pictures of both cabins, have those oval windows mking showed. Outside, big hydraulic cylinder for lifeboats. Those things don't change.

On all our Haven trips never had anyone with sign to get back on. MSC for YC, yes.

Haven dining one of the highlights of Prima. Never crowded for us. Local also not bad. Buffet and Indulge, yes, crowded.

I'm still not sure if we missed Kirkwall due to weather as said or some other issue.

I'd be wary of a third party site being current. We had a Jewel cruise booked and they swapped ships yet for about two weeks third party sites still showing Jewel for sale.

Not sure why the folks in that line. Maybe because it was just opening and they could be first in line? On Prima, went to CN. Was maybe fifth in line. Two folks working. One lady with a couple who were quite upset. Not yelling, but seemed to have been severely wronged in their eyes. A constant ping pong between couple and lady. Didn't hear what issue was. Nothing was getting resolved, couple then had DW taking notes, names, times, asked for super, none came out. That was another 30 minutes in a CN line with disappointment as a result. But this time I got smart and had a beer while waiting.

Standing in line first day is total waste of time like when we sailed Gem and we were second in line to have couple in front of us complain how price went down $50 after final and they deserved compensation. Only thirty minutes later did we get to register for bts tour.

Prima first TA. Not first day. Shouldn't have to be. No bts, no dine wine officer. Got it not yet back but other than laundry, nothing. With a little creativity there could be a sub or two.

We did POA after drydock. Lots of fumes from varnish. Things not open. Spa closed for solid month. They did give a credit though. Delayed one day departure. Full refunds of some items for a few of us took 16 MONTHS.

Hope you make it. Our Prima missed it due to weather. Not a cent back for Port fees.

The list just above looks like what we had in September. Coke though now including Coke Zero! Where it comes from, no idea. We've been told more than once 'from stores' whatever that means. We've been very lucky last few that the pre concierge has gotten message to ship and bottles were in room upon arrival. BTW, if you are in OS or higher I'd think that should allow you to go anywhere on the ship since you are an owner.

My hack, stopped buying them long time ago. Even let one expire even though could sell. Oh, but I'm sure you'll get a robo call while at sea to be sold them.

I can't tell you what haven is now, but September it was a mess. We arrived on their bus. Luggage taken at airport. At Port, luggage drop off to right for others. Folks still exiting around 10:30. Went in doors to left, went right, they had one line with then several check ins. Then u turn to security, up escalator, then left, then a whole check in again. Nice terminal but not efficien.h

Doesn't really matter. Restructure then. It is what it is. Get a plan.

Late September pretty much same as the past. Which ship? Luckily, despite OS on Prima now a higher number, perks still there for OS. Both cartons and bottles of water at the time.
