  1. For a Caribbean connection....Milly Small
  2. As usual, smart money was not so smart.
  3. We have only booked a saver fare once. We were given 6.30 fixed dining. We got it change onboard with out any problems.
  4. I am reliably informed by DW that tomorrow is 2.3.23. Thats something to look forward to.🤣
  5. We have an o2 shop in town. DW went in...what's this roaming finishing rubbish I've got international on my..........hold on madam, let me check your account. You have 60MB, that continues to give you European, but I can upgrade you to 75MB and you will continue to get worldwide......how much ?. 50p a month, but I can give you 50% discount for the next 6 months. They were too late to reduce the first month, so her bill this month was 90p.....She's sorted, so I will be in Starbucks all by myself while she is in the cocktail bar. Such is life.😁
  6. I'm sure folk remember, before roaming finding free WiFi to catch up with emails. Mine stops in late spring. DW has some O2 mega plan and will continue to get worldwide roaming up to 25MB a month that doesn't cost much. So if you see me in Starbucks, it won't be for the coffee.
  7. DW doesn't like the menu's in Epicurian, so we don't use it any more. The Sindhu menu could do with a makeover, which is a shame as it's still enjoyable. The beach house and glass house are becoming our favourites along with olive grove and the keel&cow. The MDR and the quays are quite nice as is the Limelight. Apart from that not much choice.😉
  8. On Azura in a week we just about did our £350 OBC which included 3 speciality restaurants. We are on again in April with no OBC, but some loyalty discount, so expect to spend about the same. If we purchased the package, even for 6 days, that's £480 just for drinks. Not for us.
  9. Nothing like a good dress code thread, but this one isn't.
  10. I'm sure some folk enjoy dressing in a nonconformist way just to make an ' look at me, statement of their own '.🤔
  11. We take a bottle, or 2 of wine, some bottled water and a few coke zero's at embarkation, topped up as necessary at some ports. Not a problem.
  12. Plenty of folk in smart suits. Who knows, after your cruise you may decide to splash out on a dinner suit. Mine was purchased after about our 5th cruise. 25 cruises later it doesn't get used much, but never say never.🤣
  13. Don't concern yourself, there are plenty of informal venues.
  14. For our 2 week Caribbean cruise on Britannia we have decided that we will skip the 4 formal nights and eat elsewhere. A couple of Beach houses and maybe a couple of meals in the buffet. Unfortunately we will have to play it by ear as we may not know too far in advance when the formal nights will be. TBH, we would feel a bit uncomfortable eating in the MDR if we were not conforming to that nights dress code. When we do dress up posh I like to see that others have also made the effort.
  15. We don't always dress formally on formal nights, so dine elsewhere. Nothing to do with inclusively, but everything to do with plain good manners.
  16. I'm not that bothered whether the keep then or not. If they remain the formal dress code should be enforced in formal venues. If we choose not to dress formally there are plenty of other venues.
  17. Occasionally we skip formal nights. Our choice, but we wouldn't go along to MDR, or the Crows Nest out of respect to those that adhere. We did one out of 4 on our last Britannia cruise, both on Azura a couple of weeks ago. Our posh clothes won't be invited to our next 2, but we will avoid formal venues. Plenty of others. .
  18. Same here. We joined Azura a couple of weeks ago. Nothing.
  19. We would book a cheap cruise to avoid it
  20. We stayed a couple if times in the historic rooms. Love it. Happy birthday.
  21. DW doesn't wear it. She don't need it🥰
