We don't qualify for an extra lunch yet, but will after our next cruise. We will probably give it a miss as I don't relish having lunch with folk telling me what status they have. Next month we cruise on Anthem. We will then be Elite on Celebrity and diamond in the Crown and Anchor. That won't change me as I have been flashing the C&A table in my " tux " for years. I had an email from RC to select my boarding time...quite civilised.

I'm not an expert, but do wonder if their maximum duration is 34 nights and yours is longer, does that mean the extra few hours isn't covered, or the whole ,non compliant cruise ?.

Some people prefer mineral water. Yes you can take it onboard on joining, or on port days. Your choice. Drink the water out of the tap if you choose.

We have just selected a 12.30 arrival time for our next Anthem cruise and they say cabin will be available at 13.00. 30 mins is not much of a pain. Different with P&O, but I would prefer a little inconvenience, that gerring all our clothes soaked in Château Margaux.

I'm not an expert and am watching the show jumping... A horse jumps over the fences with somebody hanging on to it for grim death. If the horse comes in the top 3, they give the rider a medal. Shouldn't the clever horse get the medal.?🐎

I may need to Cruise from Scotland. My weird cousin, who is into genealogy told me in passing that one of our ancestors was Sir Willam St Clair, Earl of Rosslyn, going back to the 11th century .One of our ancestors, 7th great grandfather was tried for treason and was hung,drawn and quartered by those nasty English.
