V-Day, Years ago sold Flowers, think that's long gone. Super Bowl, Parties in Bars, Theater and large screen by Pool. For over a Decade I Cruised that week almost every yr, was slow/cheap Season 20+ yrs ago
Same here. At Chops my Daughter with my Son(over 2 Decades ago) and this yr my 12yr old Grand Daughter were all charged Adult price eating off Adult Menus. Wouldn't expect anything different
Yeah True. Then on these the Capt, CD and many other Officers had their Kids/Families on that week as many Crew were getting off after Ship arrived in Florida at end of Repo
Thats too bad. Done 8 longer Repo Cruises of 11-13nites on Brilliance and Serenade, was real Big Deal. Last one did was in 2019. 1/4-1/3 dressed up, Haunted House, Parties and WJ had tons Halloween Deco Food
Luck of the draw, prob just an open Cabin. During my 5 Spring Jewel Cruises the Headliners were in Deck 2 OV Cabins. Jr Suite, nice digs for them for a nite or two as even back years ago when Royal usually had real well known Headliners like The Spinners, The Monkees, they didnt rate even a Jr Suite then
Never had an issue. Think only had one my attendants change Cruise to Cruise. For dozen yrs done same Seasonal Repo, B4B and longer where Capt, CD, Dancers and bunch the Staff change after I arrive at new destination. Never had issue as I walk up/down that Deck 25+ times a day inc dozen times during turn around while doors closed. they are all aware who I am inc the new workers
True have to agree, was a Gift but not Free but each was worth it. Especially after their Mother Passed. Have the unusual knowledge of knowing when & where all my Kids were made to the Day, was always while on a short Vacation or Weekend from Army Deployments that Decade.
As said already even if the Kids getting picked up by staff has started back up, wasn't during Covid, it's only for Early Seating passengers. You will have to drop the Kids off at Adventure Ocean yourself
