  1. Just in case was CV. We knew was Sinus infections she gets them all the time. 2 Negatives in 24hrs... They say tell them any the listed Symptoms, even though most are similar to Colds and even Allergies and know most time its not CV. They offered the Compensation...
  2. Done Formal nite on Halloween at least couple times. Happens. Shoot multiple times we've done Formal Nites while Ship was in Port until 8pm or Midnite with many empty tables at Dinner. And this was when Formal Nites were a really big deal...
  3. Agree. Couple months ago Daughter even got a day for sinus infection that wasnt Covid
  4. Seems to me Common issue lately. 3 out of 4 Serenade Cruises last few weeks with 1-3 bags missing each time
  5. Agree, SIL has had to ask again after Boarding 5 times out of 6. No biggie, they always provided Water and Cord by nite time
  6. Agree. 1988 on the Brand new Sovereign of the Seas, first Mega Cruise Ship and didn't even have a single Balcony Cabin. $3600 for 2 of us on Deck 2 tiny Porthole Cabin, had 2 Couches that attendant turned into Beds each nite. Airfare included. At 23yrs old there was only 2 passengers younger then us
  7. Agree, Royal workers have no idea. One Cruise was on late 3pm Flight so in no hurry was second to last off Ship. Scanned my Cruise Card and "BONG" was taken directly to a thorough to front of line at Customs. Reason, I did 21 nites and DID NOT get off the Ship at any Ports, also didnt spend a penny onboard. Weird, thought be more likely I'd have to got off to do something illegal. Similar happened to me over dozen times multiple yrs post 9/11. Always traveling SOLO, Male and buying tickets at last minute I was almost always secondary screened...
  8. Lot info inc links/Deck plans also already listed on here https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2658057-icon-of-the-seas-blocks-are-in-the-house/page/74/

  10. My Bar Guy sees me walk in stand at end of crowded Bar and brings me my Reg Drinks without even talking to me. Tipped him the first Day and last 14 since, this for all Free Crown and Anchor Drinks

  17. Last 21yrs only done Radiance or Vision Class Ships, these on longer 10+ niters. Though prefer equal number Sea and Port Days
  18. True, though have reg seen 12 Tops, at times 14 and even one seating 15!. Looong Oval tables. My Mother In Law always wanted us sit together no matter size we became, this on Cruises and at all Restaurants. Finally after we hit 10+ we started splitting into 2-3 Tables or they'd seat us in a back room as some have. Interesting as about 1/4 places we'd be charged a flat min 15-18% gratuity for large groups.
  19. Good question, wonder if their income is different then when Ship is in some of these other locations. Lived on US/Canada Border where Waitresses in US made $2.35hr, was lot higher in Canada, but exchange rate was 25% difference. Though figuring the Bills with 25% or a sales tax of 4% on the dollar easier to figure then when moved to State with an odd 5.3% in one location and 7.3% in another
  20. Happens, 4-5 times I've stopped at a Port and was a National Holiday with maybe 10% shops even open. On a Sunday, happen's every wk some where, know I've done dozen's and just have deal with it. Line isn't going change it later
  21. Thanks Graham, you always provide good info
