We were on a BA flight from Venice about 6 years ago with some friends. Our flight was delayed about an hour or so, with us all sitting in the hot plane. Then Gwendth and her family all sat down 2 rows ahead of us, so the delay was just waiting apparently for them. They got off in London, and were escorted off the plane to a private plane. I think a lot of people on that flight missed connections.

We also have the Elevate Pkg for our Southern Caribbean cruise in February. When I log into our accounts online, it only shows the OBC not the other perks. I spoke to Celebrity and they reassure me we have them all, however would be nice to see them listed on our accounts when logging in.
