We've done six Xmas cruises so far, and this year will be our 7th. The ship's decorations go up the day after Thanksgiving. The cruise has a great family feel with lots of kids. Many families dress in matching PJs on Xmas morning. There will be pictures with Santa and all kids who go get a gift. A lot of the entertainment is in line with the holidays. In terms of ports, I think that might be specific to the individual port. However, expect most shops to be closed or only open for a limited time. Roatan is great for the beach, I hope you have a great time!

Hi, best wishes to your wife and you for much good health and happiness. My wife went through treatment during Covid, so we didn’t do any cruises during that time. However, my family is Muslim and when we cruise many female family members wear hijab (head covering) and have no issues going or coming from ship. So, they can accommodate for you. She might just have to have the security photo with a headscarf or cap. Reach out to Special Needs to ensure you have no issues. Best wishes.

We’ve sailed both, each has their strengths. On Quantum class you have: North Star, 270, iFly, bumper cars and the music hall. Lots to do, you’re going to have a great time. Have a great cruise!

While I believe the crew works incredibly hard, what distinguishes a company is service. I don’t see a problem. They can always say they can’t.

If you log into the Royal App, you can look at what info they have for a particular sailing. If the sailing is too far out, it might not be finalized yet.

Me too for sauna and steam. I love EOS and am booked next May out of Venice. Unfortunately, she’s scheduled to be “trAMPED” before our sailing. I hope they leave the gym, sauna, steam and change rooms intact. They ruined Navigator.

In Stockholm in July after cruise, couldn’t locate my bag when disembarking. Took a little time but was misplaced in wrong section.

1: Yes, for the most part cheaper 2: Your neighbours across the way can potentially see in your room. Leave sheers closed if you don’t want to be seen.

Voyager is one class before Freedom. It introduced the Promenade and Studio B. It’s a very good class. The big difference with the newer ships is no Broadway show. The Promenade is more narrow than Oasis but still enjoyable. Have a great trip!

Okay, this is an unapologetically biased suggestion. Yes, do Amalfi Coast at some time, it is so beautiful. However, there’s much to do in Napoli as well. My favourite is to visit the E. Marinella store about 20 minutes walk from port and pick up some ties. And, going later in opposite direction visit Da Michele for pizza. A simple day but pleasurable.

We’ve done four since December and we’re on Voyager in July in the Baltic. Hopefully, everything is just do to issues with restart and supply chain. I’d be very unhappy if it’s due to a business decision to make up revenue. Regardless, any cruise is a good cruise. Have a good trip.

A few suggestions: Any cruise that goes to Istanbul. Baltic Cruise, but wait a bit and hope St. Petersburg comes back. Norwegian Fiords South America with Antarctic Cruise out of Dubai that visits Khasab (great fiords) and Muscat Japan during Cherry Blossom time New Zealand Panama Canal
