a sun lounger was an easy fit on our EDGE SV balc. We only asked for one and there wss no issue about getting it .I think we had a chair and small table as well. If staff takes them away, some cruisers may resort to self help in the wee hrs???

thanks for updates and comparisons.. nice calm colors...and laid out well.but agree it is smaller than what u have been used to on X. We are going to be back to an Inf Balc in AQ Class on Ascent but always find a way to manage our space efficiently! The pool looks not up to X quality but you are lake cruising not in the tropics. Do they have a workout room, sauna or place for massages? How smooth is the water you are cruising through.? Any sea life/ birds?

seriously looking at Cunard..did a short cruise awhile ago on QM2 and it was very nice...we liked the ship and onboard amenities, great shows, lovely T pool and spa, .. we had a good time. Some of the other lines have smaller ships with small dated rooms, ...or really huge ships, some very ornate. Hard to figure it out. After reading a live from thread (in progress )from Silhouette, we may give X another try..but no more on pricey E Class or in high priced rms.. Going back to basics may be the key!

We heard they have a pool, loungers food/ drinks and nice shops right at the Puerta Plata port area.. Can you confirm that? Our ship, APEX will arrive around 11:30 am and we are hoping for a nice relaxing day..close to the ship!
