Today's first world problem! This is just a FYI/datapoint, nothing more:
Call the BCC, says 20-30mins to wait on hold, offers for them to call me back, only AFTER the call back service is accepted did they state that the expected call back time is 1H10mins which interferes with the some plans. Call back hoping to be on hold no more than 30mins, says expected wait is still 20-30mins, I reject the call me back option, once in the hold queue it now says "your expected wait time is approximately 6mins". Actual wait time was 8mins which was pretty accurate
Moral of the story, if you call the BCC and there's a wait, consider not using the call me back service and waiting on hold to hear how long the actual wait time is
