  3. both, online or onboard the ship online the discount only shows on the cart page. add the shore excursion to the shopping cart and then view the cart to see the discount. the discount is not on the search or description page
  4. Its like a passport photo. You don't have to take the picture and can skip it. At the terminal they will take your picture. on al of my cruises they never use my uploaded photo and always taken a new one

  7. the solution to this problem is to check your sail n sign card when you enter the door. This is what other cruise line do for their guest party and other loyal level based specially events. this prevents other people from getting in that are not suppose to be there

  11. there is a common phase that many hands make light work food service people will still be cooking and preparing meals for the ship yard people and contractors doing work housekeeping will most likely help out with basic manual tasks like move a thing from a to b or help unbox things that come onboard some will be assigned a fire watch task where you stand with a fire extinguisher to make sure fire does not start.   12. it seems like they got charged the al la carte price instead of using the package or they had the package and already used to the meals so now they have to pay the al la la carte at the restaurant, tell them that you are using the package so they know and they can also check if you used up your package or not
  13. I am sailing on the Venezia in a few week. On dst day, the ship will be in St Lucia that does not have dst and is in the atlantic time zone. I wonder when the ship will change times
  14. i use a folded piece of paper to turn on the power. anything that can fit in the slot will work
  15. Older ships is usually the swipe style by inserting the card in the slot on the door newer ships has NFC reader where you tap the card to the reader on the door
  16. On the booking page on the right side click on VIEW PRICE BREAKDOWN and then a new menu will appear with all of the the breakdown of the fare, taxes and free at sea gratuities
