  1. Yes all alcoholic drinks they have are included. There is a coffee machine with some limited special coffees. You can also take any water and soda you wish from the cooler back to your cabin. You will not have the drink pkg. in Luminae, so any wine or drinks there will have to be purchased.
  2. Good point. . Don't fix it! Maybe I'll just let it go.
  3. I just checked on the Celebrity site and my cruises show Premium Wifi and Premium drinks on line. So I would guess that is accurate. I don't want to question my TA as that might get him confused and he might change something I don't want changed. So I will call Tues. and have an invoice sent from Celebrity showing the Premium packages. And I will keep that with my boarding passes.
  4. I see you had the halibut for lunch. I love those fish lunches; this halibut, and the salmon and the branzino. Yum.
  5. I believe both Summit and Millenium have been "revolutionized" of the M class ships. That is they have a Retreat Lounge and a Retreat sundeck. These are smaller and older ships than the S class.
  6. My confirmation from TA shows Classic drinks. When I called twice to upgrade to Premium was told by phone rep that I already have Premium. This is a cruise which I downgraded from Sky Suite to concierge balcony on Reflection. That was cancelled by Celebrity and we were moved to Beyond. That switch seems to have caused a few problems. Should I call again?
  7. Sillhoutte is the only S class ship that has been fully "revolutionized": and will probably be the only one ever. as X is concentrating on their new E class ships. Equinox had the Michael's Club redone as Retreat Lounge and is quite nice. EQ's "Retreat: sun deck however was only partially done with no bar or water feature. There is very little shade, but service up there is good if all you want is a drink or a snack for lunch. No other S class ship has any so called "Retreat" features.
  8. Continental breakfast is free. All others $9.95 plus 20% gratuity. No charge if you are in a suite.
  9. Ask your cabin steward for lotion. All cabins should have this and certainly suites. You should also have lip balm. If there is anything you want/need, ask your cabin steward or butler. They will try to comply if possible.
  10. You can change airllines, schedules, class of seats, etc. any time with Flights by Celebrity. Just call and make the changes. There is no charge until you have made final payment. That is why you should always wait until final payment is required and not in advance. .
  11. I have read in the past (quite a while back) that if you dispute a charge with X, they will no longer accept that credit card. True?
  12. No. You are charged the $100 pp change fee. You do not lose the deposit.
  13. LGBT gathering will be announced in your daily Today paper left in your cabin the previous night. Usually at the Martini bar at 8 PM. I understand pickle ball is done on the basketball court. I'm sure all equipment will be provided. No fee.
  14. Usually, not not always, the fare will be a little less going thru' Flights, by Celebrity. You only have to ask them to price first or business class for your dates and destinations. It is best to call them, not to try to do this yourself on line. They will have all the available flight times for whatever airline you wish. Or just tell them best price on any airline for your dates. Any changes or cancellations you wish to make are no charge up until final payment date for your cruise. That final payment date is also the final payment date of the air. After that, any changes or cancellation will be $200 per person. The number is 800-533-7803.
  15. I have read conflicting statements about MDR on E class ships. Some say you an make reservations on line, but the times will not be honored on board as all seating is simply walk in at whatever time you chose and will be seated as available. Others insist they made prior reservations and those were honored. In case that is true, I was going to make dinner reservations for my Beyond cruises in Apr. and May. I see NO options to make any reservations at all under "manage my reservation". How the heck do you make reservations, please?
  16. Is Laura from England still a Retreat concierge on any ship, please? We have sailed with her 3 or 4 times and would love to see her again.
  17. Re: casino. Some use OBC on slots. We use on table games. For table games go to cashier and withdraw some OBC from you account and you will get promotional chips. These must be played, but on any win you will be paid with money chips. Cash those out at the cashier after playing all your promotional chips. We love getting money on THEIR money!
  18. You can order mac and cheese in Luminae from the children's menu any time you wish. It is a fairly large portion. We will not pay the current ridiculous price for Tuscan. ALso, there is a pasta dish every night in Luminae, some better than others. No, suite pax pay the same for specialty restaurants as everyone else.
  19. And where to find these "past room" reviews?
  20. I'm still waiting for my refund from 11/08. I may call Monday and be sure X actually made the cancellation that they claimed they did. (I have a confirmation from X.)
  21. No future credit if cancelled after final payment.
  22. As I can't edit my post, this is a PS to my above comments. When we went from Coz, it was on a plane to the site, about 35 minutes each way travel time. We had most of a day there.
  23. I have been to Chichen Itza from Coz on a land trip. I would NOT take this bus travel to the site on a cruise tour. Way too much time in a bus and ferry and way too little time at the ruins. And yes, the ferry ride can be very rough. On another occasion I took a tour to Tulum which involved that ferry ride.
