    We sailed on a Carnival ship in 1975 and then sailed Royal Caribbean lines in early 90’s. We quit cruising and did land trips my until returning to cruising in 2008.

    Has anyone just booked an uber for a ride from Schiphol airport to Rotterdam cruise port? if so what was the cost? Wonder if it would be more cost effective.

    I sent in my blacked out copy from last month’s Fidelity account showing ownership of CCL last Monday. I received notice that I would hear back within 2 days. On Thursday I had not heard back so sent an email questioning response time. On Friday I received notice stock was approved and then on Sunday perks were applied to both our upcoming May and Dec cruises.

    I am enjoying your return to cruising. We enjoy trivia when cruising too. We have not had club orange and hope you will share your experience with this eating venue vs MDR.

    We will be on the Rotterdam in a couple of months. My DH and I already booked our 2 HIA dining reservations but now friends have booked the cruise. They too have the 2 HIA specialty dining to book. We don’t know how to get all 4 of us seated at the same table on line. Anyone know?

    Keukenhof and Tulip Festival runs through 5/12/24 and you can take a shuttle to and from the airport. I thought after seeing the tulips that we could then take a later train to Rotterdam.

    I am considering going to the tulip festival via a shuttle from the airport after our arrival and was wondering where best to store luggage for 4-5 hours. I plan to take train to Rotterdam immediately after seeing the tulips.

    I booked cruise through a TA but did flight ease booking on line both times we used it. The last time was last month!

    Do you need to book your comped 5* dinner after you board the ship? I just turned 5 star and was curious as to how it works.

    I have only used flight ease twice. In both instances I used the on line booking and even months after selecting flights would manage and even changed flight to a cheaper option at a later date. We were choosing Business class and found the price cheaper than what I had found on other searches such as Kayak

    We will be staying in Rotterdam May 9-11 precruise. We will not have a car but just want to view/photograph tulip fields. I understand that the tulip festival will be still in progress but wondered if there may be some tulip fields closer to Rotterdam.

    Dar and Bob this is exactly what I want to book for May of this year. Pick up at airport then stop to see tulips on way to hotel in Rotterdam. Did you actually attend the festival or just view tulip farms? How long was your side trip?

    I used to enjoy the solo piano performances and pre Covid there was one singer who had his own groupies sitting around the piano. Some even had signs! I don’t recall if that was Barry or another singer.

    Yes we booked the transfer in October. It went very smoothly!

    We were just on a 10 day cruise on the Zuiderdam. I had needed only 2 days to reach 5 star prior to the cruise. We stayed in acNeptune Suite and I was not expecting my 5star pin until completing the cruise. About the 5th day there was a 5 star pin left on my bed with a card saying please accept the tile as thanks for sailing. Of course the tile came later that night.

    We will be in Liverpool in May while on a cruise. In searching for Beatles tours I saw that a Blue hop on off bus is an option. Has anyone used this and can share their experience?

    Does anyone know if Hotel Room Mate Bruno is close to the cruise terminal in Rotterdam? I was thinking of staying there one night pre crib May.

    We have booked a May British Isles cruise and I would say the majority of excursions are already waitlisted. Have others found this happening and if so does Holland America add additional busses to accommodate the interest?
