  1. His mother just passed away and he is not monitoring Facebook right now. His assistant Jacinta is, but she may not have all the answers he would.
  2. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but when the ambulance doesn’t use lights and sirens, that means there is no urgency to get them to the hospital, such as when someone passes away. An EMT told me that years ago.
  3. Sign out. When you sign back in, use the new booking number.
  4. Chances are they may not even notice it. It’s not like it is hanging oh the bag, it’s part of the strap.
  5. I purchased a watch on a cruise many years ago. Stopped working about two months after. Couldn’t get it working, so I pawned it. Don’t know if they ever got it working.
  6. Celebrity is different than Carnival — and is also under the Royal Caribbean brand.
  7. You can go to guest services to get the room key changed to open your room. If you get adjoining rooms, they may not make you put one adult in each room as the rooms are next to each other. I have had plenty “TBD’ passengers in my day and just change names through my PVP at no cost.
  8. If it is working on your computer, can you do a snippet and send it to your phone as a picture? Or, save it as a pdf and send it to your phone? I know it’s a lot, it it would be a way to get it to your phone.
  9. If you are going to purchase any type of cruise cash and want to use it anywhere on the ship, get “cruise cash.” As stated above, cruise cash bar can only be used in the bar and cruise cash photos can only be used to purchase photos. I always get cruise cash before my trip as I don’t like to have any balance on my account at the end of the ship. Yes, it is use it or lose it, but there are ways around that. in addition to checking your balance on the app, you can also check it at the kiosks located throughout the ship.
  10. If you log into the app, it should show. If not, log out and log back in using your booking number.
  11. You cash out your casino winnings. Some choose to put that money on their sign & sail account to offset on-board charges. It’s your money and you can do whatever you like with it.
  12. I know there is another way to check, but I can’t remember off the top of my head. Sorry.
  13. You could try to have someone else in the group book the bungalow (only one person needs to book I believe), and you book the stingray. If that doesn’t work, call Carnival again and get someone else on the phone. If you get the same answer, ask for a supervisor. It may be that he just did not know how to book both of these.
  14. Which room type are you looking at? Interior, ocean view, balcony? If you do a mock booking and put in 3 cruisers, it will only bring up rooms that hold 3 people. From there, you can figure out if it is a Pullman or sofa bed.
  15. Glad it was an easy fix and all worked out for you. Happy sailing!
  16. You continue to state that what people are saying is incorrect. Please, as requested, elaborate as to what is false. Enlighten us with your all knowing information about drugs and laws of other countries.
  17. You really don’t need a check in time as you are in a suite. You will be in 1 of the first groups to board. you will have to wait until 16 days before the cruise to enter any information.
  18. Without knowing what may be missing, I would call Carnival. If it makes you feel better, I had to call and it was only a 2 minute wait.
  19. Not sure anyone has stayed in that room as the ship has never sailed under Carnival.
  20. Wait, no axe throwing!?!? Great, now I will have to cancel my cruise.
  21. My apologies. I’ve never stayed in a suite, so I did not know this.
  22. Diamonds and platinums can check in 16 days before, everyone else is 14. Has been like this for quite some time.
  23. I was going to say pink orangutan, but Panorama makes sooooo much more sense.
