  1. Yippee for you!!!!! I hope you have a great time!
  2. Recommend to Carnival — sorry. I was mid dealing with minor work emergency and forgot to put that in.
  3. I have seen security approach people about playing Bluetooth speakers too loud, and they were swarmed by the entire family. I can see why they may be hesitant to approach someone about smoking marijuana. The family was rude and beyond verbally abusive to the security team, calling them racist, all the while hurling slurs about their ethnicity toward them. I hope Carnival stays good to their word on this. I would also recommend passengers get dog sniffed prior to boarding in foreign ports because you can get it anywhere, even without asking.
  4. I don’t recommend the train (TriRail) especially if you are not familiar with the area. Also, the ticket kiosk is closed on weekends. I would either use Uber or SAS Transport.
  5. They still do the birthday cake in the dining room. Just make sure it is noted in your booking details. I had one my last cruise, which was post-covid.
  6. When you say “last day of the cruise” do you mean the last day you are sailing or the day you get off the ship? Carnival does not include debarkation day. As one poster stated, look at your luggage tags to see what they say.
  7. If it were me, I would sing along. Trust me, they would never do it gain as no one, and I mean NO ONE, wants to hear me sing.
  8. Probably switched kids first then cancelled DH and other kid. Technically, one of the original booking names is still in the room.
  9. SAS shuttle will pick up at the port and drop you off at a hotel. Very reliable.
  10. You cannot check-in until 16/14 days prior. You used to be able to check-in when paid in full, but that changed to the 16/14 day rule.
  11. As someone else posted, while you may not need them to board in the US, some ports may require them.
  12. There are a lot of stairs on the tour. If she is good with stairs, it should not be a problem. It’s been a while, so I cannot recall if some of the stairs are a tight fit where she might have a bit of trouble.
  13. You can choose a boarding time for both rooms (as long as the reservations are linked together) and then they can do all the rest later. if you check them all in, you will need their passport info (number, country of issuance, expiration), and info to set up on board spending (credit card info — if they use CC).
  14. This. Please do not refill your bottle directly from the spigot. Dispense the ice and water into glasses and then pour it into your bottle.
  15. Does he always look at the boarding passes? Can you just hold on to them? You can hand both to the agent along with his passport, no need for him to have it in his hands.
  16. Cruising with my friend and her kids, and they like to play their games on the phones and tablets. Which WiFi plan would be best? Don’t need all the bells and whistles, just something to be able to match three colors, shapes, and stuff like that. If we can get away with the cheapest one, that would be cool. also, can I get the cheaper plan and she gets the more expensive one? thanks as always.
  17. Love the Mongolian wok! It is one of my favorites and get excited when I see it is on the ship that I am cruising.
  18. Try the white peach sangria at Serenity. So yummy and refreshing.
  19. The pork belly appetizer from ChiBang. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
  20. Log in o Carnival and try type this into the address bar: https://www.carnival.com/booked/document?BookingNumber=******&IsPrintLuggageTagsSelected=true&IsPrintPassFlightSelected=false&IsPrintCruiseInfoSelected=true Replace the *’s with your booking number and it should bring up your cruise documents, including the luggage tags.
