One of my neighbors used to be the Coach of a HS Hockey team .Earlier this year he told me about an OTC product for bruises.We bought it just to have in the house. I used it twice so far today and it worked very well.It is Arnicare.

I do very well at trivia competitions especially on cruises.

7th.Heaven was the name of a Rock band about 40 years ago in Chicago. If it is the same band they were really good .A bit of music trivia,the group that I am familia with chose the name of their band from one of their all time favorite songs .

I had a freak accident this morning.I was sitting on one of my dining room chairs.One of the legs of the 54 year old chair broke and I fell off the chair.As I was falling I grabbed the table with my left hand but I was unable to hold on and I fell on the wooden floor.Of course I was home alone and my phone was charging .Somehow I was able to get up ,get the phone out of the charger and called Nurse Toby.I am very bruised but thankfully I do not believe anything is broken.

Somebody posted to me today in response to a post I made in 2016.

I saw it.A very good show. I just finished watching Who is Erin Carter ? It is on Netflix,one season ,7 episodes.Also a very good show.

It was not our intent to initially book that ship.We were looking for something different to do for a special birthday year and someone suggested a cruise.We were initially booked on a Greek line ship,the Amerikaniis but the ship developed engine problems on its return from a prior cruise.Our TA offered either a complete refund or to substitute the Cunard ship.Being familiar with the Cunard line we opted to do that and were very happy that we did so.

The Ambassador sailed only briefly from 1972 to 1974.It was a beautiful ship.Unfortunately there was a fire onboard in 1974 that led to its end as a cruise ship.

My oldest granddog is 9 years old today and is still single.

31 years ago one of my co-workers had to quit her job because she needed a heart transplant and a lung transplant.She was one of the nicest people I ever worked with.It was a very sad day when she quit. Earlier today I wrote out her birthday card.Her birthday is next week.I hope that she has many more birthdays.

I went every year to the one in Manhattan years ago and to a Greek festival in Brooklyn.

No lollipops in any banks where I live .The only freebies sometimes are pens.

In 1976 my wife and I did an auto tour of Ontario .We visited many cities but never heard of the city of WaWa.
