  2. We were on the last Passage to India just 10 months ago. Of course this was inevitable but it was the most fabulous itinerary.
  3. The website shows 20% discount for the upgrade drinks package for our cruise. I log in. It drops to 10%. Annoying.

  10. Just wondering if anyone has experienced a price increase in the online booking payment area than what is shown on the deposit paid invoice. It's around $200 AUD which equates to around $120 USD. We have only booked excursions etc that we have paid as we go so the actual booking (eg cabin selection etc) hasn't changed. I've emailed celebrity but closed for the weekend so interested in others experiences with this. I'd forgotten how bad the Celebrity IT system is. 😂

  12. Yes there are other sources. I guess my point was that it wasn't close contact with the actual confirmed case that was the issue but is something more systemic. Like airconditioning.
  13. Legionella exists in the airconditioning system. Once detected it's not known how long prior that people might be infected. Once detected the ship airconditioning needs significant cleaning and testing. You don't need to have close contact with a person, but the airconditioning system.
  14. There is a cancel button on my order page but I have to call Princess to cancel it. iPhone.
  15. If you've paid for personalisation, will the replacement be the same? Princess doesn't ship outside the US and maybe Canada so it's pier pickup for many.
  16. Given people are searching for a particular cruise this could well just be a marketing tactic to push people to buy. It's used often in Australia and may or may not reflect reality.
  17. The App won't accept my password. The website - I have to click Login, receive error messages multiple times, then on the fifth or so click, it logs me in. Password etc hasn't changed through all the clicks.

  20. Thankyou. I ended up buying two of the holders that attach to the phone. We've always got our phones and no extra bits to remember to take.
  21. So the medallion is waterproof then? If looking on Amazon for accessories, do they specifically sell the medallion size or should we search for the Apple AirTag size. Is there a different medallion for each cruise you take?
  22. NZ is extremely protective of their natural population and protects it rigorously. Good on them.
  23. This has always been the case on the cruises on the Med that I've been on. Allowed in at 5pm. Since years before Covid.
  24. We loved travelling with our kids and the side entertainments were irrelevant for them.
  25. If you declare you won't be fined but goods will likely be confiscated. New Zealand has the strictest rules.
