  1. Service and food selection was better then, also! However, we didn't have the nicest "tablemates." Some meals became awkward.
  2. You will likely find that you must disembark earlier than you may want to!
  3. If you are in the vicinity of the Customer Service desk, you can requests dailies there.
  4. I apologize. I don't have any direct knowledge for either of those specifically.
  5. The answer depends on which ship and which category of room.
  6. Generally speaking, if you do not go to the larger of the dining rooms, nice shorts are allowed. (Avoid wearing torn, soiled, and/or short shorts.)
  7. Port: Actually, no particular "favorite." Ship: Bliss Room: Aft-Facing Balcony (or Suite) on deck 10, 11, or 12.
  8. You made a LONG drive! I've done those sort of drives across the country to visit family, many times, so I totally understand. We now live (closest to) Houston.
  9. You might get lucky with a new offer, but, generally, what you see now is most likely it!
  10. It would be great if we do get a list built! So far, I haven't found much related to "Loud" in the cabin reviews thread at the top of the main page. We had a M2 Club Balcony suite, Room 10106. There were some nights with bad weather, last Fall. I do not recall extraordinary noisiness. Although, typically, I do sleep with earplugs when we cruise. Yet, I was able to sleep, so it must not have been terribly loud!
  11. I agree with @Grimix. Please clarify which 'Offer Upgrades' with NCL you are selecting.
  12. Nice! Thank you for sharing your pictures.
  13. We have eaten at Los Lobos twice in the past seven months. Once on the Prima last Fall, and on the Bliss in April. Both times the food at Los Lobos was excellent (despite my own preference to have eaten elsewhere when we booked our restaurants). My personal take about the restaurants is this: If I am not satisfied with what I choose, I can stop eating what I don't care for, and then go to the Garden Café, or The Local, IF I am still hungry later.
  14. NCL doesn't typically have "Captain's Dinner" without signing- up for Dinner with an Officer, via the Cruise Next Team (or Concierge) on embarkation day. Also, with the exception of in the Haven Restaurant, lobster tails are NOT served without an Up-Charge.
  15. Our PCC has told us that if we book our cruise online, she does not get any compensation for that cruise.
  16. Unfortunately, scooped ice cream, and crepes, each require a dedicated service person, which is a part of what NCL is trying to reduce.
  17. The answer varies depending on the restaurant/server/night/ship.
  18. @halluxis correct, and, you want to do that as early as possible for best results!
  19. Things could have changed since April, especially from one ship to another, or from bar to bar. But, I did look-up NCL's "current" Promo T&Cs.
  20. NCL would need to hire someone to "sensor" all of the posts being made, which would NOT be cost-cutting for NCL.
