  1. Such arrangements are made on your Roll Call, per Cruise Critic rules.
  2. Discussed here frequently. Deck 4 aft corner balconies are by far the biggest. None are fully covered. Probably 3/4s covered.
  3. Holland America, on most ships have the BBKing group, and on their 3 newest ships have, in addition, the Rolling Stone Lounge. Mostly 70s music.
  4. Lifetime Diamond here. Most, but not all ES have gone to the 2 drink limit. Many threads here discussing the 17th street ES. Yes, its showing its age. However, it is still very busy and popular.
  5. No, because its almost an hour from Orlando to Port Canaveral. No hotel is going to shuttle you. However, there are dozens of threads giving recommendations for shuttle services to do the transfer, along with the common recommendation for Uber/Lyft, or renting a car.
  6. Or, the fact that if they are charging what they always charge, its not gouging, as there was no price increase during time of an emergency or disaster...a requirement for the charge of gouging. People practicing law without a license?
  7. Nobody is requiring a Covid test any more.
  8. We did clockwise...no noted issues. Can't think of any problems, other than when you might gain or lose time. But that seems balanced by the fact its a circumnavigation, and the time changes are going to happen no matter what.
  9. They will be forced off the ship closer to 9:30.
  10. Many discussions here on the topic. Yes, you can make 10:55. Carry your luggage off and grab a cab. You can make the flight.
  11. Those are the only two cruise lines that regularly homeport there. But many cruise lines start infrequent cruises from SF. And Princess and Carnival have different boarding procedures.
  12. Quick search with "Japan" the search item.
  13. Internationally, that is a secure area. Should be outside of bag claim/Customs. The OP will not be able to walk into the bag claim area to meet the HAL agent.
  14. CO is treated the same as 4 and 5 Star Mariners and Neptune and Pinnacle Suite guests. They get priority, and are the first groups called to board. They can board thereafter anytime they choose. As always on HAL (post and pre Covid), the target is for boarding to start around 11:30. So, to complete check in and be in the first group to actually board, you probably need to be there by 11am doing the check in process.
  15. You might want to find a Spanish translation of what your family members can't eat, print it out and take it. Just to be as clear as possible with the restaurant staff.
  16. This would obviously depend on the cruise line involved. Carnival?
  17. Good chance they will allow check in the same time they do at other embarking ports. They only have so much time to get the past pax off, and load the new ones.
  18. Didn't we discuss this before? The hop on hop off boats make about 6 or 8 stops on their routes now...apparently resuming after Covid.
  19. Agree. The West Coast options are not insignificant if one does a little research. Even Alaska cruises...again with a little research.
