Not sure that a wine tasting on a ship with three passengers would be much fun. I think a min makes good sense. Plus, they want to burn up most of any bottles they open. (The exception is the servers share in the back room)

Well Cruising has exploded over the last fifteen years. 30 million Royal cruisers doesn't surprise me at all. But, 300,000 Pinnacles shows how much cruising has exploded in the last ten years.

We go on a lot of b2b… we only attend trivia or trivia like entertainment on the first cruise. (People will accuse you of cheating even if the questions are new) we choose one show for each cruise, but will go to any guest entertainer that is going to change. If a show is great, we will go back to it. At the end of b’s, we end up in the Crown or Suite lounge a lot of the time,

To clarify: As far as I know, you only have the Right to Chicken Done Right. You've got to Fight for Your Right to Party! So, probably no laws broken.

Read the rules on Royal certificates from AARP. Must book with directly with Royal. If you can pre-charge the cost, I've been able to use the card balances to pay those amounts in the past. You can't show up on the ship with the "cards" and pay your balance. Someone will correct me, if I'm wrong.
