IMHO that is totally up to you. DRO's rarely receive tips anymore and he is probably not expecting one. Having said that, DRO's remember those that tip and this recollection comes in handy when you run into them again on another cruise.
We are booked on this 32 day cruise in April of 2024, on the Sapphire. We have done the 28 day cruise to Tahiti and the Samoa's (from LA) several times, but this one also goes to Fiji. It will be our first time going to Fiji.
On all 6 of our post startup cruises (4 on the Majestic and 2 on the Emerald) we were able to stream Netflix, Hulu and Spectrum Live TV in our stateroom. We used HDMI/USB-C connection via our tablet.

They dropped the testing requirement for cruises departing from Athens about a week ago. Greece now aligns with all the EU cruises, no testing required for those that are vaccinated.
Buying or not buying the packages is definitely a personal choice and does not work for everyone.
For us it is a big plus. We don't drink martinis like @partybarbie but we do like our wine! 🍷🍷🍷
If you are talking euros, if I'm on your cruise I would buy them from you at a better rate than the ship. We go to Europe almost every year, so we would use them.
Check with the roll call for your cruise. You might find a fellow cruiser that would buy them from you.
Yes, he was just on the Sapphire helping with the ship restart (he might still be there?).
Since the Princess restart, he has been jumping ship to ship helping/training the crew with Medallion issues.
