  6. That was our first exposure to the DL. JD would invite B2B cruisers to the lounge. We were gold but did a B3B over Christmas and New Years. Got a lot of stink eyes from the elite especially since we had our kids with us. Desmond was the server. Saw him again years later on Enchantmemt when we actually were Diamond
  7. The issue is that the ships are inconsistent with many different Hotel directors ot F&B managers setting their own policies for things like this. Couple that with agents reading from a script designed for the entire fleet and you get some minor inconsistencies. My suggestion is to either just accept some variations and go with the flow or cancel the package and not stress about it. I'm on the Ovation now and there are subtle differences in thr menus, particularly Izumi that you don't know about until on board. It happens.
  8. Actually, your TA does not have acces to your cruise planner. You have complete control over that.
  9. You are correct thst group bookings require the full cabin deposit however I have never had any of my clients next cruise OBC denied when moving them into a group.
  10. They are all referencing the Solarium Bistto from 2018 when there was a $20 charge gur dinner but yhat was dropped sometime in 2018.
  11. As MM stated Solarium is free. There may be a couple items that have a fee but do does the dining room.
  12. Waste of time telling them of your experiences. Every thread they post that in they get multiple people telling them the same thing as you did yet they continue to post that nonsense.   14. TA's no longer have access to clients cruise planners. If a TA us booking it for them it is because the clients have given the TA their log in and password
  15. Are you still actually testing positive or jus reading that you can. When testing for the cruise make sure to use the rapid antigen test as opposed to the PCR or rapid NAAT. The rapid antigen is much less sensitive and most people will test negative after 7-10 days.

  18. Most of the pre March 2020 non Covid FCC's were extended through Dec 31, 2022 but they wont be extended beyond that
